I went here for 1st time got the DJ short blueberry and it was super dry and found a few seeds in it as well I also got deadhead og which was better than the blueberry but was still super dry and the free disposable pen they gave me doesn't even work so yea but the people there were cool and nice but they also didn't have a bunch of shit it said they have on the menu

I like this place as my usual go to but today I called in a pre-order over the phone with no problem, then came in the front staff was nice but when i got to the back to pay for my product the cashier asked my name, then grabbed my bag and says really loudly to the other employees "he only got two grams?!" then says "sorry I'm just having a good day" then laughs it off meanwhile I was left looking around feeling very awkward and slightly judged. I wasnt aware that because you dont get some sort of minimum amount that you have to be put out there like that. I left feeling very anxious, I don't think that was professional of her at all. My last visit.

I’ve been going to this club for years. Today went in with my dad and we have been getting med-x cartilages buy 4 get 5th free. For over a year. Today they said no deals on anything. I was also buying some wax. I showed him the stuff I got last time which was so liquidity it won’t come off paper. All I said was I don’t want this kind. Another guy glasses who is usually in back was stocking stuff and chimes in well it’s your fault the way your stored it. No it came that way. Continues to argue with me. The bud tender kept apologizing for his behavior. I’ve seen this guy before in there and always has an attitude. So that’s 2 customers lost. Plus the taxes are way higher than other clubs. Lots of clubs in area to chose from.
We are really disappointed to hear that from one of our loyal patients. We will look into and speak with the employee mentioned above, because the patient's happiness is our first priority. Also we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We can't improve if we aren't aware of our flaws. More often than not the online menu will not mirror they’re stock. Hit or miss with the tenders knowledge.

So many changes going on. Not sure if it’s for the good or bad. And the menu says updated “just now” but half the concentrates are not in stock. It’s either over priced or the cheap stuff which isn’t all that great. But forget about reaching out to them. They never respond to any posts or emails. I really like this place. So it sucks having to write this.

Been coming here for a while. I did a pre order for a few items, and thier weedmaps has all these items that they dont have in store. It needs to be updated so I am not being falsely advertised. The staff on the phone was not very helpful, and to make it worse when i ask an items price they dont discuss prices. This is a bad practice in my opinion it seems like they have something to hide. The service in the store is slow even for a pre order, and they didnt have my bag ready either. Leaving, there is a huge dip in the lot which scrapes alot of cars bumpers. This place is good but needs alot of improvements.

Love how this dispensary carries khalifa kush, most other eitjer dont have it or its ridiculously expensive
this is my go to place thier products are fantastic and the staff there are amazing. I went there twice this week and kynedl was very nice and she answered all my questions. then I stopped by and got some more stuff and I had mechelle R help me and she was awesome also. everyone there are amazing people even the security there are friendly if you want nice people that know what they are selling then you want to go to FWC.
keep up the fantastic work you guys do. Eric E was another amazing young man that helped me there.

i usually have no problem, but tonight after i got off work, caitlyn r made me feel really uncomfortable. at the end of my she handed my bag to another worker, i must of looked suprised because he handed it to me with a smirk, i felt like crap, as if I'd done something wrong. Now @ the moment i was dirty and look kinda scruffy cause i just got off work, "plumber" and im wearing flip flops with my work dickies, ik i probably look like a bum to her, but even if i was, you're a bud tender at a MEDICAL dispensary, you shouldn't make a patient feel this way. no matter what you think about them. idk the mans name but he wore glasses.
