I have been coming here since it was behind bel air, but I spent 35 on a 8th and got seeds, and they would not let me get something else without seeds🙉😢😤😠, I tried to support but quality is going down , I rather go back to the streets at least u get good quality on the street for a flat price...ijs

Taxes are too high
your reason behind your higher taxes does not make any sense. There are other dispensaries who have a 10% tax + 18% tax and they are recreational and medical dispensaries. They have just as many edibles as the next. maybe you should get better or different vendors who can supply your store like they do the other ones. the lack of product the lack of Edibles plus the highest tax equals me never coming here again. other stores Delta and cookies are way cheaper and have way more product. I was very disappointed in FWC

Great dispensary and Great budtenders
Went to FWC looking for something to help with my stress and insomnia. The Budtender Gionni listened to my issues and recommended me a great cartridge to deal with my stress and insomnia. I would recommend going there they have great service and people who know what they're talking about.

Dry Product
Just purchased 3 queens strain. 1 oz. All containers contained dry product. I have the product I bought two weeks ago that is far fresher. This is one of there top products at a high price for dry product.

When I first got my doctors rec I went to this dispensary and kept coming back. Comparatively to the other local clubs I've visited no one tops these guys. Some stuff is pricey but it is for a reason and you definitely get what you pay for.

I love this place. My go to spot. The most consistent product. Everyday there's a deal. No matter how you like to medicate, flowers, edibles, or concentrates, they got you covered. Super friendly, great security, best menu hands down. This is the kind of place you love coming back to and they're happy to see you when you return.

Best budtenders. Most knowledgeable as well. KKay and Gionie are always very helpful. Love the atmosphere also. Best dispensary in Sacramento in my opinion. There’s always some good deals going on.

thank you enjoyed what I got. not just friendly staff. they are very intelligent, professional they actually have a uniform. building is nice doesn't feel like a can a sardine's when you get there. you are the only walking in place I have given four stars for one reason only, but I rather say it to you guys in person so you know why you guys are doing so good. I won't say because you are guys that are the innovators they are replicators and they won't and can't do what you guys do. keep up the good work. plus just to let you guys know how awesome you guys are to respond so quickly in store and online to make things better. you treat people with such compassion and love you don't treat use like another number or customer but human beings and patients. much respect.

FWC has been my go-to since I moved here a couple years ago from LA. The consistency of product is awesome. I get great advice and 99% of the time I am impressed with the quality or the match for what I am describing. They’ve also taught me about ways to maximize my meds so I’m trying and finding what works best for me. I’ve recently been really struggling with some issues, not feeling well, and freaking emotional about it. They’ve just been great and positive and kind. I love these guys. Not knowing a lot of people, it helps me to know there was a place I can go where I know they know me by now and care about how I’m doing really cared that I was not doing okay. Budtenders are terrific Devon, Riri, Priscilla. Ana has always recommended great products, she seems to get me. :) plus there is a variety of prices and I’m not able to afford high end but the recs to save but still find quality is spot on. So I’m happy. Everybody has a rough day sometimes and isn’t their best. I know that’s true for me so I appreciate the effort to be warm, welcome and helpful to everybody who walks through the door. Thanks FWC brothers and sisters. I appreciate all of you.

how to keep a customer
Ok, let's be real. What separates these dispensaries from their competitive neighbors that are sprouting up all over town like weeds? Is it the quality of the product? is it the inventory? Price maybe? Fwc embodies all of those qualities in one quaint location in South Sac. The inventory.... crazy! From seed to flower and everything in between you can find at Fwc. But what I was most impressed with is their friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service. They aim to keep loyal customers and have succeeded with me.
