I love the mass variety. The store has plus the staff is amazing. I’ll stop by every other day lol
They filled the order supposedly and when I went to go pick it up, it was not ready and some of the items I ordered were unavailable. I don’t understand why the menu is live if they don’t even have the products on the shelf. This is not a first time this has happened in the past. They need to get their things together and get the menu correct therefore I’m not placing an order for a product that is not even on the shelves.

what order they don't fill your order and the customer service is a joke the rudest people you know people go into a dispensary and they take like 10 minutes looking at things asking questions which is understandable, but it takes forever in the line you think they would want to do online orders like every dispensary does cause that's where the money is. People already know what they want. They come in and pick up their order band. They're in and out. That's where the money is. These people are lame.and their weed is old like they got top quality but it's old stuff.

The store accepted a online pick order and didn't give me my order i waited a hour for no reason i could have done many other things besides wait to pick up something that the store didn’t even have in stock. Terrible ordering services and customer service they didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience or apologized.

This is the worse dispensary I’ve dealt with. Their menu IS NOT up to date (they state on website “live menu” and there is no way to actually talk to a person when you call. The people working there have absolutely zero knowledge of anything! Save yourself the headache
