Can’t ever get what I ordered

This is like the 3rd time I’ll order something from weed maps. Orders never confirm, or they’ll confirm and when I go in, they never have it ready, or just don’t have it in stock at all. When I try to figure out a different product to order, they seem short with me like I’m bugging them or something.

Last time I come to this place

I usually have good experiences at Embarc but today just made me want to go back to delivery. Of course the one time I’m in a hurry they’re having inventory issues so I was in there for a while before I was told that they didn’t have the order I placed on Weedmaps. Ended up getting flower I’m not happy with and no time to go elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience with this company at this years state fair. Discovered some new great products and was looking forward to trying out one of their locations. However they wouldn’t let me in the building because it’s a store policy because my ID is broken. To clarify, it is taped together but still scans and I’ve never had an issue using it anywhere else and a replacement is coming by the end of the year. It was just a major disappointment that I was unable to fulfill my order. I guess I won’t worry about trying out this new business i discovered at the state fair this year and will be taking my business else where.

It was my first time at embarc and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I pre-ordered my goods through Weedmaps, but decided to grab a few more items while I was there. Everyone was patient and helped me find what I was looking for.
