Always declines orders, inventory from website is probably not up to date but extremely annoying when trying to order online. That or someone just don’t want to do their job 👀

I am ashamed to have spent so much money here. I knew they didn't care about the products because of the old crunchy flower they sold, but I didn't expect them to fail at customer support. Don't trust their live online ordering. It is not live and most of the time everything needs to be substituted for something else.

The management does not know how to show customers empathy or value. I spent so much money here, but after the treatment they've gave me after my distress caused by them, I will never come back.

They have the worst customer satisfaction. They will take your order and then cancel it 3 hours later with no updates in between. Rude management and products that expire soon. Wonder why so many items go on sale? Check when it was harvested... Once, I praised them, but they burnt me, so now I will never return.

I went to read the 5 star reviews because I couldn't believe that they had that many (just a hair over 300 today)...the first 4 reviews are from the last couple of months...but, the remainder of them are from a minimum of 2 years ago and many are from EIGHT YEARS AGO! This was when they were a MMJ facility with a different name. I don't think weedmaps should allow this. They should have reset the ratings when they went recreational and changed their name. It is an entirely different business entity in the eyes of the IRS and the State of California. I know this because I have a gov't job & it's my business to know. Imperfect Funyun has abysmal reviews! It should read "four (4)" 5 star reviews. NOT 300. You aren't RCP anymore - and it shows. That means 3, 2, and 1 star reviews far outweigh the 5 star reviews. This should tell you what you need to know. If they didn't carry clones, they'd be screwed and they know it. If more dispensaries carried clones, nobody would bother with P.U. There are many more dispensaries in Sac that do not have the issues that this place does

The Budders are both potent! The Lemonwreck has a nice citrus bouquet lots of high tones, excellent cure on this light blonde beauty, intense head rush.... Respect the Wreck! CBD Rich Budders the Royal Kush is a bit more of a heavy earthen tone with fainter high fruity tones, the Afgani def is the stronger of the two, the other being Hindu Kush. The Royal Kush is the Night Time King in my book, great for insomnia, loss of appetite, pain relief, inflammation, nausea and anxiety. These are both awesome for dab'n and the excellent flavor of the budder strains really come threw strong. The Staff at RCP are Engaging, Friendly and Informed. Always very helpful at directing me toward strains I will enjoy based on my personal likes, I really enjoy the feed back from the budtenders about strains I have yet to try. Always nice to discuss which strain is who's favorite in the lobby with other patients, very comfortable and relaxed environment. =)

Stopped in on Saturday to look at the Mendo Purps Silly Putty and the Santa Rosa OG Kush Silly Putty, both are very good putty's with light amber hue's. Both are strong, but I am favoring the S.R. OG Kush over the Mendo Purps, based on flavor and I feel the S.R. OG has slightly more punch. Extremely please with both strains for Dab'n. Thank you River City Phoenix ~theGuyontheCouchB

Picked up some A-train and White Rhino last wednesday and wow! The A-train is just wow, great flavor & lung expanding yumness, this Arcata Trainwreck x Mazar-i-Sharif Afghan cross is a great choice for those in chronic pain and still needing to be fuctional. I was also really happy with the White Rhino, its a indica dom with a Afghan x Brazilian / South Indian strain line, just been love'n on this for the end of the night when its time to kick back and relax and get knocked out. I also donated for some of the Sour Flower X Cloud 9 Hash, but I haven't really been able to sample much to have any use full opinions to pass on. Bit slow with this post, sorry!

I have been into River City Phoenix a few times now, it is a relaxed environment, the staff is friendly. I like to let my nose enjoy a few stains before deciding, their Violator is outstanding and a heavy hitter and the U2 is super tasty. A little goes a long way with RCP's silly putty's, I am a huge fan of gdp and kushes so the OGK/GDP wax I picked up this last visit really was spot on, great flavor and super stoney high. Definately a great recommendation from the budtender on that one =)

Ive only been here a couple of times, but it has fast become my go-to spot. Everyone I’ve come across is super friendly, from the security guard, who knows me by my sleeve of tattoos to the receptionists and budtenders, and they’re all knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop! If I had names of the people who’ve helped me, I’d name them, but seriously check this spot out!

Been going here for years, even with the new company name these people are always on top of things. Griffin and Ramish are very nice and helpful everytime!

Been coming here for awhile Now, and while the bud quality is always fire, some of the budtenders seem less than thrilled to be there sometimes for whatever reason (its a weed dispensary for crying out loud!). but I had Adam as my budtender last week and man, does that guy know how to do it. He's always been super friendly and easy to talk to, and crazy smart when talking about weed. Didnt rush me, got to know me and my preferences. Just did everything perfect. Now if you guys could just get everyone else on his level, you'd have no competition whatsoever.

I am a huge fan of Blueberry and Crystal Goddess is a excellent crossing with Northern Lights. Its has the full package: taste, flavor and strong long lasting effect. And so crystally! The staff is the best and I could never say enough good things about River City Phoenix. A true corner stone in the Sacramento Community. Thank you all =)

RCP is great. I got 4.5 grams of strawbery kush and a free gram of Purple train wreck for 50$$ !! this place is incredible, the medicine was incredible and they have good deals. RCP you guys re my new friends

In from another state and tried 3 other dispensaries that were ok until I stumbled into this one and today was my third trip there in a month. Annelyse went out of her way to help me get the best quality products as well as offered great suggestions on how to get more quantity of edibles for less price. She anticipated my wants and directed me straight to what I asked for, even found a way to get me some pre rolls with the amount of cash I had on me so I didn’t have to use my debit card. Highly recommend this dispensary and I plan to go back for the 7/10 50% off sale as well as another trip before I leave in a month or so.

Came here for the first time to grab a specfic item.. Loved the service and the set up and the way this shop operates. Totally comfortable and relaxed environment. I got what I came for, grabbed some really cheap smoke, and got a penny preroll for being a first timer. Definitely will come back. Every shop in Sacramento should operate like Perfect Union Northside.

this world doesn't deserve people so kind as the ones you will find in their store, their security guard has amazing Vibes with his kind and generous demeanor, and while I am like a chicken with only one foot, they still made me feel very comfortable and they made it very easy to find what I want through such a very large selection, I will be coming back, and be happy doing so.
