I just bought a cartridge there two days ago. I used it 1 time. The brand is called“HAPPY”. It won’t work anymore because the wax is too thick. I don’t know who makes the brand. I tried calling the store so they could help me out and I got no help whatsoever. And before you say, it’s my pen. I tried it on four different ones. It pisses me off because I don’t have money to be blowing on crap that doesn’t work. Well, if I don’t find the people behind “HAPPY” I’m just never coming to this dispensary again. I have never experienced this once and I’ve been buying from dispensaries since 2017.
