This was a great experience, from the friendly security guard to my budtender, John. He was super helpful and I ended up with a purchase that really made my day! I will definitely be back.
stopped here after going to O.N.A.C where their customer service was just rotten compared to how kind house of organics was. My bud tender picked out the stems for me and gave me 4 gram 1/8 since it is friday! also free pre roll first timers. Budtender was really nice and held a quick nice conversation. Anyways i'd definitely come back here and i'm happy i stopped by and really lifted my mood after a negative experience elsewhere.

not what I expected from a place that calls themselves House of organics I thought people here would be more compassionate, first off the pale dude with the long hair was unprofessional at the window didn't want to answer questions and seemed to be in a rush to finish his convo with the guy standing with him behind the window, the security officer was great friendly and professional I'm not going back here the the bud all looked the same aside from the shelf bud overall it was shwag looking c'mon guys get better meds stop trying to rip people off, you could at least try to greet the customer and say" Hello welcome how can I help you today, what are you interested in, do you have a price range would you be interested in blah blah blah " I walk in this big ass room after waiting 15 minutes in the lobby and no customers where back there just a few bartenders one was sagging her pants.... they're just like what do you want today man you guys suck I'm sorry not sorry.

Greeted by a courteous security guard. Shocked to see I'm the only person in the place on a Friday afternoon. I'm processed quickly, and go into their HUGE bud room. The budtender is the same person who checked me in, and he says to me, "What are you looking for today?": No welcome, no explanation about pricing, no tour of the HUGE bud room. When I mention that it's my first time, and I ask do you offer a senior discount, I get a simple, "Nope." When I express surprise, the guy looks at me like too bad. Then he asks me, "Indica or sativa?" Still no welcome of any kind. At this point I reply that I hate that question and I think it's kind of stupid, but that if he could recommend something that was, "fire," that would suit me fine. His reply was, "Bro, that's going to be kind of hard to do at this dispensary..." and that's when I stopped listening, and decided, no thanks.
Needless to say this young man needs a lesson in customer service. Too bad because the place seemed nice enough, but maybe this is why nobody was there....

Hey thanks Nick for always being a real down to earth cat. You and pretty much everybody HOO knows whats up. Thanks for the recommend of S grapes. When on a budget this club's bud is always on point and well worth it. Their selectioms whether top or not are always worth the money I invest.

Awesome bud + friendly staff! The only thing can get better is the first time patient "top shelf" pre rolls.... It did not get me a buzz or neither did it tasted like bud at all, more like burned green leafs. Besides that fact, it's a great spot.

I went into the store and first thing I notice was that there was no one there to greet me to check me in. I waited for like 10 mins at the window and I ask the security guard if there was anyone there and he said that they could see me in the cámara and that they well come when ready. Yet another person came in and went straight back. I waited a couple more minutes and no one came so I left. I would not be coming back here. I felt that was not professional.
