If you really think hugs is decent it goes to show that you don't know much, this place won't push top shelf on you cause all they sell is Tijuana dirt weed. This is the shadiest club in sacto BY FaR. Seriously used to come here all the time, I lived down the street. Never again... Plus the tenders are rude, like street dealer attitude rude. Straight down to hustle you. They make a joke out of medical cannabis. They should to stick to there business front El Dorado Bee Care. The old timers here care only about flipping pofits. Also if you did t notice the reviews are almost all fake... Its a total false fasad. Consider changing name to "hugger muggers" you are theifs
SOUNDS TO ME LIKE SOMEBODY IS BUDS WITH ANOTHER CLUB OWNER !!!!!! MY STAFF IS NEVER RUDE TO CUSTOMERS , it would not be allowed or tolerated, if you want better weed then pay for it!!! You cant expect top shelf weed for 5 a gram. we are one of the few clubs in sac town that truly care about the patient and not about the money .
I've had my card for over 3 years now, and this is pretty much the only place I ever go to. Every other shop will try to sell you on the most expensive weed on the menu. Not at hugs. If you ask them about a strain, they'll give your their honest opinion, regardless of the price. Many times, I've inquired about top shelf strains, and they're more than happy to give you that, but they're cool enough to let you know if there's a cheaper strain that they think is better. Almost every time, their recommendations are spot on If you tell them what kind of high you want.
The staff will remember your name, and if you go there enough, they will also hook it up with the buds. If they have enough in Stock, they'll almost always throw in a few pre-rolls for free, or maybe a chocolate or two. Don't bother going if you're a weed snob. You treat them with respect and they'll do the same. Simple as that. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in there. They'll let you hold the nugs, smell it, break it up, etc.
I've been to a few other shops, but I never got the same welcoming feeling at those places that I do at hugs. If you're looking for a low-key shop with great variety and prices, there's no better in sacramento. Oh, and If they have Timmy's OG kush, Make sure you grab it while you can. Goes quickly.
one of the best clubs in Sac hands down! always hooking it up with freebies or a little extra weight. if you want a potent cheap edible try some of the bee chocolate

I've been to over twenty or so cannabis dispensaries in my life time... This is by far the worst medical marijuana dispensary I have ever been to..
1. Employees shouting back and forth in front of customers
2. Only 2 strains of sativas, both looked about a year old, dry; Mexican gabage
3. Appearance was just depressing, sad.
As someone who values my time, the only reason I write this is so I could hopefully save you your precious time.

Not anything like cheers, review was written by the dispensarie.
Hugs is the worst club in Sacramento all there weed is dry terrible don't go to this place
Hugs is like a good local bar. They usually have what you want, sometimes they're out of it. They're usually in a good mood, sometimes they're not. If yer a easy going regular, they will have a great attitude with you. If yer a first-and-last-time, picky snob with an attitude, yer gonna get what you gave out... That's the nitty gritty.... It's like cheers, where everybody knows yer name. I love Hugs. I've been going here for YEARS.
So bought two innerchi clones last Saturday and was shocked they wilted within 4 days. Never had any issues with growing. So come back the following Saturday and I was shocked to see that they were selling the same innerchi clones all wilted. So I asked if i can exchange or refund the clones and was denied. I am a long time patient of the club. The specific clones obviosly werent properly cloned and should never have been sold nor still be on the shelf for sale. Who wants to waste money on wilted plants that have no chance at survival???
