I don’t really see any regard being shown to the longtime customers as they are saying they are leaving to elsewhere‼️💜 I have been going here since it opened. I can tell you all the managers/budtenders that I came in contact throughout my whole experience with Silversage would fight to keep everyone happy and satisfied with their product‼️ Why suddenly are prices increased by a LOT and the response to someone saying they won’t be back ... basically well thanks for your business see you LATER‼️‼️ There is NO way ppl are going to keep their LOYALTY of continuing to go to Silversage if that’s the attitude of whomever is writing the responses on here. Silversage has always been STAND UP if customers weren’t Happy with a product. Going out of your way to help fix a problem and make your customers Happy is how customers became LOYAL in the first place‼️ I can’t even count how many ppl I recommended to Silversage and in the last few months one by one they are telling me they will NEVER GO BACK. I wasn’t able to get out for a few months myself. I can say that I noticed the changes ... I still don’t get the price jump as this would have attracted even more customers❣️ HOWEVER THE LACK LUSTER ATTITUDE of customers leaving doesn’t matter -> THIS WILL KILL YOU BUSINESS FASTER THAN ANYTHING‼️ NOT FIXING MISTAKES OR MAKING A CUSTOMER HAPPY WILL RUIN ALL THE WORK your Budtenders and Previous Managers have done to build this business to what it is‼️ If it was only one friend or even 2 that said they won’t go back I would think of it as an isolated incident❣️💜 NO WAY MORE ... you seriously need to look 👀 at WHY ... it’s not the staff ppl are having issues with ... it's the PRICES, PRODUCT NOT IN STOCK(never gram pens), DEALS NOT BEING PRICED AT SAME DISCOUNT FOR MEDICAL, WRONG LABEL ON PRODUCT WHICH IS REDUCED AMOUNT OF WHAT WAS PAID FOR, BUDTENDERS NOT HAVING AUTHORITY TO GIVE A LOYAL CUSTOMER SOMETHING FOR THEIR TROUBLES, and myself REPEATEDLY ASKING FOR GRAM PENS AND MY BUDTENDERS TELL ME THEY PASS IT ALONG AND ARE TRYING TO GET THEM ... EXACTLY HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?????

if you're a displaced medical patient looking for a dispensary this place is the best. They remember patients needs. I have a hard time standing for long periods of time, my old dispensary threw me in a long waiting line with rec buyer's. I couldn't do it. Silver has a separate area with seating for card carriers, no lines! I was taken before a line of rec buyers. (sorry guys) The price was lower too.I will be coming back often. This is how all dispensary should be. Great work guys!

They have legit prices and legit Flower ! Best part is the specials ? Who else in town has these great deals ? 35 OTD for top shelf flower ? I drive 25 minutes past numerous shops to come here .....Please keep up the great work with the great Flower !

Silver Sage was my go to as of 4 years ago. I had to get a new rec and when I went back to Silver Sage I was told they don't deal with Canna Docs so I had to find another disp to go to. I found myself at Essence on Trop after reading reviews and checking out the prices. I have been going to Essence for two years until Recreational became legal. It was no longer about their medical card holders it was about the owner getting over on customers. I called Silver Sage with my concerns. I was told they will pay my taxes on medical cannabis. And reassured me they were about the medical patient. I felt so assured I took a trip. Walked in and had a separate line for medical patience, straight to the window. I checked in was walked into the medical patient area and I was next. I met this beautiful soul named Kree. What a connection we had as she understood my medical issues. She understood so well because her parents suffer the same illness I do. I chose the Fire OG. Great recommendation. It has made me feel so much better. Thank you for everything.

It was my first time here today and Thank you for being the only dispensary left in town that is actually taking care of patients. The prices are reasonable for patients here! I've been in search of a new place since July 1st because all shops jacked up their prices and have zero loyalty for the patients. And well Silver Sage has gained a new regular customer. I hope you guys bring back the daily specials for patients though!

This place was amazing to me. It's great that recreational is legal and all that but for people that actually need the stuff it is a pain in the ass to deal with. This place had me in the door and someone helping me immediately. There aren't many places that will do that here now. Highly recommend this place!

So I took the House of Herb cartridge back today and while the lady who was helping me seemed nice 1 of the guys (I guess her manager didn't get name)kept bringing up the fact that (it was a Deal and I got it for free) almost as if he want to say oh well it is what it is. They eventually gave me a new cartridge saying they just got them as testers reason for the free give away which is cool I understand, I didn't want anything extra or anything like that I just thought the smell and taste it was giving off wasn't right. Which now that I received a replacement I have confirmed that the First cartridge was defective being that the replacement taste fine and medicates well, No Wierd plastic smell or taste coming from this 1 at all. THANKS

Can't say enough good things about Silver Sage Wellness! I live in a household where two of the three of us work in the industry and I have to say we rarely purchase at our own dispensary and spend all of our money here! Remedy is the best flower on hand, we are picky stoners and Remedy is quality that's consistent! Shout out to Sam (and her badass nails!) as well as Jack (who's recommendations never fail!), I will wait for these 2 to budtend me if I can and have never had any experience with them that was less than stellar! These 2 know their stuff, have amazing customer service skills and always go above and beyond to make my stop in amazing! My only feedback for management would be to reevaluate the new security staff. We noticed a change about two or three months ago and tonight around 8:15 p.m. I had a disappointing experience with your security who not only was beyond lackluster in his customer service skills but was too busy texting to notice I was done with my medical check in and waiting to be let through.Another customer came to the medical window and we awkwardly shared personal space while I waited to be let into the dispensary. Not only did the security guard not let me in, he had no one he was checking in. Thankfully Silver Sage's staff is amazing and one of the girls checking in medical patients walked all the way through the dispensary just to let me in! Have I mentioned this place always takes care of you?! Sam, Jack and the rest of the team, I'll see you soon!

I’ve been a medical patient for over ten years so I am very knowledgeable about my bud. Vegas being fairly new to the game, I knew I would deal with bud tenders who knew nothing at all. So when I met Hannah and I explained my needs, she fucking took care of me!!! Vegas is notorious for hiring bud tenders who don’t smoke... that’s embarrassing and a slap in the face for trying to just sell a product to a medical patient. It’s like going to CVS to ask the cashier about medicine when the pharmacist is available. DONT HIRE BUDTENDERS WHO DONT SMOKE/DAB or Use MJ products!!!!

Today was my first time here and i loved it. Friendly staff as soon as you walk in. I believe my bud tenders name was christian im not sure but he was super helpful to what i needed and was looking for. Super happy with my purchase. Definitely will be coming back!.

Diamond helped me out this time, and it's always a pleasure talking with Diamond, and all of the staff are totally cool and equally important is they know their meds!! Thanks for another awesome visit Diamond! So, the three strains on sale were these three I picked up below. Lemon Kush(Remedy): THC: 25.09%, B-Myrcene: 6.296 mg/g, Limonene: 2.775 mg/g, B-Caryophyllene: 2.247 mg/g,,,,,,,,, truth is, I am saving this until last so I have not tried it yet- don't really need to, I already know I will love it. Pre 98 Bubba Kush(Remedy): THC: 23.69%, CBD: 0.135%, B-Caryophyllene: 3.616 mg/g, Limonene: 0.966 mg/g, a-Humulene: 0.68 mg/g,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, It's been quite awhile since I had smoked this strain, and the last time was from a different grower and no where near as good as this! A classic Kush that has an excellent high for those of you who like to be productive but stoned off your ass. No paranoia, this one is great for just getting your head right and TCOB. Ultimate 91 ChemDawg(Remedy): THC: 27%, B-Caryophyllene: 13.53 mg/g, Limonene: 6.858 mg/g, Linalool: 5.2 mg/g,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,THIS is the one I HAD to write this review for, this surprised the crap out of me. This is seriously good, the first bowl I smoked, one nice hit, after 5 minutes I was grinning ear to ear-for no reason. The high is fantastic, long lasting and extremely nice, and the taste!I love this stuff because it's the full on body/mind/spirit thing going on, and have you getting all philosophical about things and easing into a nice mellow relaxing state of mind. This is one definitely something I am going to have to get more of, AMAZING JOB REMEDY!! And, thank you.
