So.... I only buy 1/2 ounces from blackjack which is why I racked up enough points to get my $10 REWARD in no time... so when I came in to buy my weekly 1/2 oz and couldn’t use my points ($10 off).... I was a little upset and haven’t been back. Can you change that rule? I mean I understand not being able to use any additional discounts but I should be able to use MY $10 reward as I wish... and as we stand I will never be able to use my rewards so I’m reluctant to return.

Tried to return product with totally different terps and received this lovely response... ‘Shango's Cheesecake strain is awesome and while you were hoping for the 30% on the THC which we had also run out of, it would be difficult to notice the difference in smoking the 25% you received, however we understand you may. We do also notate in the cases to verify your bags test results before you make your purchase as all sales are final. As you indicated it is important to you what terpenes are present in your medication so it would be important for you to check the bags results before agreeing to that purchase in case a new batch has been just placed out on the sales floor -Planet 13 Communications Department’ Customer service is obviously lacking. Communication dept. telling me how medical marijuana should effect me... lol I know you guys are new but get it together. Budtender also sold me on the fact it was 30% ...

I’ve been a medical patient for over ten years so I am very knowledgeable about my bud. Vegas being fairly new to the game, I knew I would deal with bud tenders who knew nothing at all. So when I met Hannah and I explained my needs, she fucking took care of me!!! Vegas is notorious for hiring bud tenders who don’t smoke... that’s embarrassing and a slap in the face for trying to just sell a product to a medical patient. It’s like going to CVS to ask the cashier about medicine when the pharmacist is available. DONT HIRE BUDTENDERS WHO DONT SMOKE/DAB or Use MJ products!!!!

I’ve been trying to find bud at a reasonable price. I don’t buy $15 grams or $50 eighths. As a medical patient I should be able to find affordable bud and Euphoria has it!
