I have been coming to showgrow before it became recreational and it’s one of my favorite dispensary’s in town, but half the time I have to speak up because some of your bud tenders don’t pay attention to medical check in. Please work on this. Other than some bud tenders have attitudes and lack of knowledge, but I already know what I want when I come in and find it entertaining to see if it’s easy as apple pie or a bad apple experience. Just some feedback. I’ll never stop coming because you guy have some of the best stuff in town.

Can’t complain about 10 bucks a gram on any top shelf strain. You guy are the best.

I have been here a few times and every time there is always an issue, from being given the wrong product and then having a very hard time exchanging for the correct item or losing my online or delivery order and to find out that they never had the product in stock, and every time they make feel like the bad guy. Not very sure what’s going on if it’s just faulty ordering and lack of customer service, but everywhere else I go to I feel welcomed instead feeling like a drug transaction where anything can go. You really need to update Weedmaps on a hourly basis not when you get you shipments in, and if you are out of something just say so, don’t tell me we just ran out just to get me in the door to buy something. I’m sorry you have lost a loyalty customer.

Maybe if you worked on your customer service instead of being rude and know it alls, growers might give you better product. You should be ashamed of yourselves on how you treat medical patients.
