I don’t really see any regard being shown to the longtime customers as they are saying they are leaving to elsewhere‼️💜 I have been going here since it opened. I can tell you all the managers/budtenders that I came in contact throughout my whole experience with Silversage would fight to keep everyone happy and satisfied with their product‼️ Why suddenly are prices increased by a LOT and the response to someone saying they won’t be back ... basically well thanks for your business see you LATER‼️‼️ There is NO way ppl are going to keep their LOYALTY of continuing to go to Silversage if that’s the attitude of whomever is writing the responses on here. Silversage has always been STAND UP if customers weren’t Happy with a product. Going out of your way to help fix a problem and make your customers Happy is how customers became LOYAL in the first place‼️ I can’t even count how many ppl I recommended to Silversage and in the last few months one by one they are telling me they will NEVER GO BACK. I wasn’t able to get out for a few months myself. I can say that I noticed the changes ... I still don’t get the price jump as this would have attracted even more customers❣️ HOWEVER THE LACK LUSTER ATTITUDE of customers leaving doesn’t matter -> THIS WILL KILL YOU BUSINESS FASTER THAN ANYTHING‼️ NOT FIXING MISTAKES OR MAKING A CUSTOMER HAPPY WILL RUIN ALL THE WORK your Budtenders and Previous Managers have done to build this business to what it is‼️ If it was only one friend or even 2 that said they won’t go back I would think of it as an isolated incident❣️💜 NO WAY MORE ... you seriously need to look 👀 at WHY ... it’s not the staff ppl are having issues with ... it's the PRICES, PRODUCT NOT IN STOCK(never gram pens), DEALS NOT BEING PRICED AT SAME DISCOUNT FOR MEDICAL, WRONG LABEL ON PRODUCT WHICH IS REDUCED AMOUNT OF WHAT WAS PAID FOR, BUDTENDERS NOT HAVING AUTHORITY TO GIVE A LOYAL CUSTOMER SOMETHING FOR THEIR TROUBLES, and myself REPEATEDLY ASKING FOR GRAM PENS AND MY BUDTENDERS TELL ME THEY PASS IT ALONG AND ARE TRYING TO GET THEM ... EXACTLY HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?????

Well I can say felt at home seeing the faces that started at the beginning of my journey with Medical Marijuana❣️💖😍 I was heartbroken 😞 to hear a few longtime Budtenders with not only Great Knowledge, Customer Care, Teaching Patients, Listening to Concerns, BUT MOSTLY the LOVE ❤️ and Care, Friendships and seeing those SMILES❣️💝Love the hugs I get, the knowledge I have learned, the friendships I’ve made with the Silver Sage Family of Budtenders 👩‍🎤👨‍🎤(my heroes) I was ill and away for awhile ... to come back and see the difference is Disheartening to me ... concentrates - Vape Pens is what I need for my severe pain, chronic illnesses, etc. ... since they opened I would get the grams, even went through having none while changed were made to them 🤦🏼‍♀️ ... for awhile now there aren’t any grams and I can’t get 2 for the price of a gram ?? Why ?? Where are the grams?? I’m shocked that my initial and continued purchase was so IMPORTANT to have my Vaps. First and Formost‼️👍🏼👍🏼 That is not the only product I use and I do enjoy them and some I would never have tried if it wasn’t for the education the Staff has helped me learn‼️😜 Its not easy for me to get around but I Always enjoy my trips to see the ppl that helped me❣️☮️😍 I still voice my concerns to Staff about things and I hope the Owners listen to the Medical Patients Concerns‼️💟 I sincerely LOVE ❤️the Staff that are Family in my Heart 💕 and 👀 look forward to see those kind Smiles that make my day❣️ I Hope a few familiar faces that are no longer working at Silver Sage see my post (will miss you all)❣️My Hope is Pam and Jim Blasco will recognize the needs of Medical Patients and bring back the grams of Vaps.‼️💖 Please and Thank you‼️ 🙏🏻 💝
