This place played bait and switch tactic

I placed my order using the Weedmaps app. I ordered 2 packs of Presidential Moon Rock Pre-rolls and received a confirmation that my order was successfully processed. Upon my arrival at the Cookies Dispensary on Flamingo (Las Vegas, NV) I advised the reception I was there to pickup my online order and was directed to speak with a bud tender about my order. I was then told that they couldn’t fulfill my order because the entire line of Presidential RX cannabis products were being returned to the vendor per the “state board”. If they knew ahead of time that they couldn’t sell ANY Presidential Cannabis products then they shouldn’t have accepted/confirmed my order in the first place. I drove out of my way because this dispensary offered a 40% off discount that didn’t exist because they didn’t have the product I ordered. bad customer service. Lousy excuse for not having a better retail POS system for online orders. Hire a better IT programmer, get with the times it’s 2024.

Sooo I honestly only drove here to get one j just to look and see and I was helped by Leslie this amazing chill vibe person she told me everything she was not only friendly as long very knowledgeable I only wanted one pre roll but her smooth skills I bought 6 and she even sign me up for cool drops and the dope cashier joe was telling me other cool ways too and honestly I walked out that store and Leslie got me cuz I walked back and bought 6 more pre rolls lol only wanted 1 but left with 12 great customer experience this is my new weed dispensary!!!

Came in for the costume promo they had where you get any item for a penny on Halloween if you come dressed up! There was a bit of confusion at first with the promo but the manager made sure he made things correct! Left Happy 10/10 recommend locals favorite!

Stopped by Cookies Flamingo (right across from the Palms) and had a really dope experience. The vibe was on point, and they even had a hibachi truck outside which was such a nice bonus. Shoutout to Courtney for taking care of me—super cool, easy to talk to, and really knew her stuff. Made the whole process smooth and actually enjoyable. They had a really clean Grower Circle display that caught my eye right away. Ended up grabbing some Grower Circle and Backpack Boyz flowerboth looking and smelling 🔥. Overall, great selection, chill atmosphere, and solid customer service. Definitely a spot I’ll be hitting again.

I have visited Cookies on a few occasions, the first order of business was to ask about the Daily Deals, these change everyday based on inventory and are sometimes B2G1 for a penny! I Love those deals! The budtenders there are attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about the product they have available.
