Much better than my last dispensary

I was in the market for a new dispensary since my last one(releaf) overcharges by quite a lot and they are slow as heck. Today was the last straw when I placed an order and 2 hours went by with zero acknowledgement from the staff. Why did I stay with the last place so long? I have bad anxiety so signing up for a new service is always really scary for me. Plus, I wasn't aware that there was another place that did delivery. :P Fear not, my friends! There is a happy ending here. Anyway, signing up was really easy. The hardest part was waiting for approval which took less than an hour. Nice! :) I placed my order and my total was clear at checkout. Something that is really important to me because I've had problems in the past with other dispensaries not being upfront with all their fees and I would have to scramble to get enough together. Yay! In a little over an hour from the time I placed my order, the delivery person showed up with my stuff and a big smile. Communication was perfect! I have a hard time talking on phones so it was nice that they kept me up to date with text messages instead of calling me. I want to thank you guys so much for helping me to get what I need today. Your prices and customer service have earned a loyal customer in me. Thank you! :)

First off this staff is by far the most friendly and knowledgeable staff I have found out of both California and Nevada. I have been going to shops well over 10 years now and have been using cannabis for 20 years and this shop out of hundreds stands out front. I have no complaints and highly recommend this dispensary to anyone who is serious about their medication. The level of observation by security, the friendly attitude by all staff I encountered, and the most important was the knowledge of the budtender far surpassed ANY OTHER SHOP I HAVE BEEN TO. There are certain terpenes my girlfriend can’t consume due to negative effects and the budtender pulled out all the lab results in a binder and combed through the products with us to ensure we received the product we needed. I want to thank the staff at Apothecarium for conducting business at a dispensary the way it should be. I will be a frequent customer and look forward the next visit. Keep up the standard.

I called yesterday to ask about the location since I live 15 miles away and had never been there. I had a man say to me on phone "we're next to CVS and a big wall". He's attitude turned me away. As of today, 9-9-19, I went ahead and drove up since they had in stock the flower I need for my neuropathy. I'm so GLAD I met Alexia (hope I spelled your name correctly) who was VERY FRIENDLY and wanting to help me. KUDOS to Alexia for her GREAT customer service and just being so friendly means alot these days. Because of her... I will return and hope to see her again. Very nice inside the shop and beautiful plump buds!! PLEASE make her aware of this review... the KINDNESS and FRIENDLINESS she presents is very appreciative!!! It's been a little to long sense I went back to this shop, however it's like walking into a homecoming, seeing Ulrica, Sage, Tess, Ty and some of the new people as well. Ty helped me out today, I got an ounce of State Flower as I love this Cultivator and the guys over there as well (JJ & Brett and all yall @ state flower) as always product is great and the service was well above Par and I kind of understand service and great flower been in the industry for over 20yrs. i just cant say enough great stuff about this place, like every shop in town they've got ups and downs but the people and the treatment is always way way above par, some shops you go to they dont get that were patients not just Potheads or stoners, this is my home shop for sure nothing but love to all of you Ty, Ulrica, Sagekins, and Tess yall are the best.
