New Experience 💯💯
Walked in Viola and instantly noticed they weren’t going to be like the other stl dispos. Soon as I hit the door I heard “Outcast” on the radio😎😎😎 I knew at the moment this was gone be my home store. Great experience definitely telling my boys to go here as soon as Rec starts in February. I tried the Iverson 96 in Michigan can’t wait until it arrives to the city.

The first time I went they sold me the right strain. Second time I went which was at night they sold me two of the same strains although both were different. The second trip was a waste of money. The security is great 👍🏿 The third visit which was at night was like the first👌🏿

First I would like to mention the location is so convenient and easy to get back on your way leaving but inside my experience couldn’t of went better this place is great the vibe was right as u walk through their doors and the service was warming they keep top shelf product available and I was done and back on my way in a timely manner! Love this place 💜

Pricey
Hard see what they have- I feel rushed when I shop there- more expensive than other places, they just happened to the only one I know of downtown STL. This wouldn’t be the first dispensary I’d suggest to outta guest.

ADA laws not adhered to here
I placed an order online via Weedmaps, went to pick up my order, and was refused service because I had my (registered) service dog with me. The receptionist suggested I "tie him up outside" and gave no other option. No offer to just bring my order to the reception desk, no apology, just "you can leave now" Pretty sad that a dispensary, of all store types, would deny entry of a registered service animal. This is a DIRECT violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and I hope my fellow disabled people choose to shop elsewhere.

Poor customer service
I was in the parking lot not 5 minutes after making a purchase and was told to leave instead of being allowed to figure out my GPS first. The parking lot was almost empty so parking was not an issue they just wanted to be rude. Service inside was meh and the selection of flower was not great. I won't return.

Price difference is crazy
Roves in St Louis are outrageously priced for 1g, 70-100$ for 1g is crazy. In Los Angeles they’re only 32-40$ a gram.
False advertising
Their Weedmaps has deals just to get you to come into the store. Once you show them their own Weedmaps page with the deals they tell you it’s not accurate. Don’t waste your time making the trip to this place. There’s more honest companies around STL that are the same price.
