EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF. However, the intake area could be improved, and the echo in this building is maddening. Seriously, the noise that just three people create is the largest drawback of shopping here. Neurodivergent ppl and those who have impaired hearing might have a hard time shopping here. Their flower selection is currently small, but the Flora Farms is highly affordable, and they offer reward points. I’d love to see Terrabis thrive (personally, I’m amazed Creve Coeur even let them rent on Olive Blvd!), but they’ll need to expand their menu to meet more patients’ needs. I will definitely return to shop here again.

pain to get in and out of and not really customer friendly

My wife purchased Honeybee marijuana infused fruit gumdrops at Terrabis in Creve Coeur MO. For two of the packages she purchased, the gumdrops had apparently soaked up moisture and congealed into a semi-solid mess before the packages were opened. Both of these packages were within their use-by dates. I suspect that the packages were packed defectively without the desicant pillow that is in some other packages. Terrabis staff basically told us that most edibles are like that and that this situation is our problem. I'm not too happy either about the product or the way we were treated.

I agree with another reviewer that the intake area needs to be improved. I also don’t understand why I had to take my mask off and look at a camera? No other dispensary has made me so that and it felt sketchy to me, like my photo was being taken or something. Most of my other gripes are with the medical cannabis industry as a whole, but overall not sure I’d return with the current set up. The woman who took me back and cashed me out was very friendly and kind, though.

I went to purchase an eighth of the Flora Farms flower advertised for $39.00. When I was going to pay, and use the advertised 22% Veteran discount, I was told that I could not use it because the Flora flower was "already heavily discounted". Thoughts of "Bait and Switch" and "False Advertising" immediately flooded my mind. This disabled vet will not be back to this shop.
