I feel like at home when I open that 1st door into the store. Staff is amazin and super friendly and fast!!! U don't feel rushed!!!

Was getting a few cartridges and I know distillate or distillate + terps cartridges aren’t my style. I like full spectrum and live resin. The bud tender took his time helping me find what I need and answering my questions about the extraction/production process. It was much appreciated and better than other dispensaries I’ve experienced.

Proper best quality in the state service too.

I love the Crestwood PC and normally after I get what I need I head over to Las Fuentes to munch on some Mexican food. I would suggest the Roxanne strain here or a rosin cart.

Tried to do a pre order on weedmaps, but that didnt work out. I was returning home from dr appt and just stopped on by. The whole thing took about 15min. Jared was really helpful and knowledgable about my questions even had some ideas of his own. Just another super duper experience.

I thought it would have been a massive headache to replace a faulty vape. But Proper heard me out and genuienly responded to my claim. I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the owners named Matt on Instagram. On top of that the Crestwood team was so polite and truly believe in the quality of the product they sell. With that being said if you want to shop quality at a very reasonable price and even better bud tenders then consider Crestwood.

Service is always great and I usually like their selection. Unfortunately, I purchased an 1/8 of Memory Loss on Sunday of this week since it was on sale and just cracked the seal on the container today (Thursday) to find the jar empty. Not cool. Warning to others: check your order before leaving.

I placed an order online, called ahead to confirm and then when I arrived, they were unable to process my id. I went home to get another id and returned to have them say they were closed. What a waste of time and poor service.

I used to go to this location regularly but will not be going anymore. I was given the incorrect amount of change and have tried reaching out several times with no response. I understand accidents happen but they have not even attempted to make it right. I’m very disappointed with the customer service. Your employees should learn how to count.

My last visit there i was grabbing an ounce this time (Paris moon) as well as 4g of infused flower and that gave me a spin at the wheel and I won a free 8th so it was definitely a cool experience. Until it wasn't. The workers and myself was all talking they was getting ready to close so they handed me my bag and I went straight home . When I get there I realize that one of my 7g bags for the ounce I purchased wasn't in the bag. They was closed so the next morning I went back up there Told them what had happen Brought my receipt so they could have security look at the time stamp and left. They had to wait till 2 for there security guy he was the only one they said could look at the camera. I called up there a hour later n was told everything looked good that 4 pouches was put in my bag but thats wrong there would have been 5 all together so they didn't look. And my review about this was deleted off there sight & replaced with a 5 star rating. Blown off out 7g
