If you are looking for clones here, BEWARE! They do not have any quality control measures in place for their clone station and the lady that helped me doesn't know how to count. I'm furious about my visit there and getting more po'ed each day as I lose more clones that weren't properly tended to in their care. I went in to purchase 100 and was shocked that you get no discount from their inflated $15 ticket per clone. Lady shorted me 2 because either she doesn't know how to count or she purposely did it to make extra cash for this terrible establishment. They also had an empty cube buried in one of my trays and 5 other terrible un-rooted scrawny clones that should have been tossed but because they have no protocol, the customer gets screwed. I could run a better clone distribution operation in my sleep, shit while in a coma. I was in a bind for clones and I regret ever going to this place. Let's hope no more die and don't even think for a second they will make it right if it happens to you. They will dismiss you. Screw this place, it's all about the money there, not a damn thing else.
I bought a teen from here for 60 an two weeks later it's showing signs of a male plant I'm very disappointed and won't risk wasting my money on plants there anymore other then that I love this place
After reading the previous review I have to say I completely disagree. I had a great experience both times that I've shopped at this location. I normally shop in Berkeley but it's a bit far from where me and my husband live. After reading the review that Casey was a jerk I still went anyway and actually was waited on by Casey. He was super cool, very knowledgeable and gave me his full attention even waiting for me while I got some cash out of the ATM. The previous dude that reported that this place was horrible must have been having a bad day. Definitely will be back they are awesome. J
The quality of the staff has deteriorated a bit since they moved. Not as warm and friendly as they used to be. And it is extremely fucking unprofessional to be writing reviews about your own business and offering bribes to customers for "nice reviews".
What an arrogant and disrespectful staff. Plenty of employees around but only one helping customers. When I asked for help "casey" made me feel like I was putting him out, also couldn't answer my strain questions and made me feel rushed when deciding. The staff has gone down hill over the last year, I won't be spending money there anymore.
I decided to give VHHC another go after my visit a month prior. When I arrive the security asks me for my member card. I was never given a member card. I checked in with the other gaurd behind the podium who confirmed that I was in the system, but not issued a card. They were not sure why this would have happened, but they were able to issue me one on the spot and get me in. Not a good start but it was handled. I was again disappointed to see they were still requiring customers queue in line and wait for an available budtender. With how much floor space and product, I could easily see myself spending more money just from browsing around at everything. However, when you do start to get help from a an employee, you notice that they are stationed at different registers. It makes you feel as though you're stuck ordering from where ever you end up being helped at. I'd also be more inclined to stay and spend more if the employees didn't treat you like a 2nd rate customer. Very rushed
Hi Guidabida, we are so sorry for your unpleasant experience. Here at VHHC We strive to make sure every patient is satisfied. The reasoning for you not receiving a membership card at your initial sign up is because we had a delay on our reorder shipment, so we apologize for any misunderstanding. To comply with HIPPA law we are required to give patients privacy, all of our stations however do have have the same product and repeat as the counters go down so don't worry you aren't missing out on any product. At slower times of the day you can feel free to walk around a look at whatever you please, but due to patient privacy when we are busy we need to keep the line formed. It also helps us to know which patient is to be helped next. this use to be my only club I went to. I've been going to them since before they moved. NOW WHEN I GO IN THE STAFF ISN'T THE SAME AND WHAT I call ahead for isn't there when I get there. most of the girls are rude now too... I will never go there again... and I use to get my monthly meds all the time.

I have received great delivery service from VHHC. Casey is a great driver and always keeps me in the loop by calling and telling me when he'll be here, which is really helpful. He, and most of the staff I've dealt with have been really nice and helpful. When I go into the store I always have a great experience too.
