Cool place to get your meds. The staff is really nice, the prices aren't bad and the quality is very good, and very helpful bud tenders make the whole experience wonderful!
This is the first dispensary I've been to in Northern California. Everyone was super friendly and my budtender rounded my bill down when I didn't have the change

I've been coming to this location for years now, soon to change. I recently went in to exchange another bad vape cartridge that I had just got exchanged from them. When I'm getting helped, the person helping me agreed that there may be a problem with the actual consistency of the oil(meaning the company made a bad/not working product and CBCB is still selling it on their shelves) and then tells me they can't help me and I would need to contact the supplier. Total BS!!! If I bought something from this location I expect them to handle it like professionals and not tell me to go deal with the actual company. Please be aware that they are selling bad or faulty vape cartridges.
Been going here since I moved up from LA and this is my go to spot great customer service fire flowers and great vibes. It would be nice to see more deals other than that no complaints.
This is one of the super old school dispensaries in. Berkeley, and I don't think it's changed or had an update in a decade. Like a lot of places, to make more money, they sell cheaper brands or their own house brands, unless it's something they don't make (like eatables). The flowers I got were never lab tested, and often they were dry yet or were harvested too early. The staff is super nice and super helpful, which I really appreciate - there is a lot to be said about customs service. If I had no other place to go, I'd go here. But I would only get what I needs until my normal place was open. Over all not bad, but nothing to write home about. They really need to stay carrying more brands that people like, and lab test everything. It's 2017 guys.
I have visited cbcb for a while now. I have received uncured premature bud in some of the lower shelf before and have passed it off as a bad idea to buy lower shelf. This most recent time I got some of the tits og which is a top shelf favorite of mine that I usually order. This past batch was completely uncured and smells like hay. I trust the bud-tender, which I know well and I think it was an honest accident he recommended it this time. He must not have smelt it. I didn't think I had to smell it before the purchase because I know what it is usually like. It was way worse smelling and tasting then normal.
I got home after a 50 minute journey and called back in after smelling it to get an exchange. The manager Emily told me I had to make it in before they closed in order to exchange, which would have been physically impossible for me to at my
distance. I tried explaining the situation of my
distance and the manager emily did not care about helping out. Goodbye Emily& CBCB
