I'm sorry about your bad experience but we do not offer delivery yet and only offer edibles as gifts for first time patients.

It's in the top of an Asian mall, and is super hard to find. No signage at all, just a random rent-a-cop sitting in a chair outside a metal door. It was my first time here, and as a firs time patient here I got a free hard time from the super stoned 20 year old behind the counter. She could hardly talk, never mind answer questions. None of the flowers I looked at were lab tested, and while they had a huge selection of eatables, the atmosphere and staff made you just want to leave. Seriously, that was my first and last time at this place.

We now have patient parking near the entrance with our signs to make it easier for our patients to find us. We love having a positive atmosphere and would like to ensure you your experience was not typical. I hope you could give us a chance again. We offer deals from different vendors Thursday-Saturday after 12PM and will ensure you that the atmosphere is positive.
I bought exactly one item that was very pricey, a pax era pod (Temple brand Sour Diesel). The pod stopped working after the first five puffs. I called to ask how to receive a refund for this defective product and they ignored the call and message that I left. I live extremely far from the dispensary and was just passing through. Have not heard back from them at all despite multiple calls and I am completely dissatisfied.

She acted like she hates her job, didn't make eye contact, super curt and made me not wanna come back. The other girls at the sales countwr more than made up for it though Homegirl needs some customer service training. .

Little difficult to find, prices high. Only go when the specials are going on. Not enough bud tenders and the one girl I dealt with was rude and not very knowledgeable.
I've been to 7star since they were still in El sobrante and in those days, the 7star kush was better. Since they've moved to El Cerrito, I've been there on and off in the span of 6+ yrs, just for the 7*kush and all my experience have been the same in the last 3 yrs. It's now just fluffy little nugs, although the taste and smell is there, I won't be wasting much money on it. Release the clones or hand it to competent growers!!
I reduced every star to 1 because it's clear they know that they list incorrect prices online and have for many months now. Every product list they have online lists wrong prices. For example, $55 means $63. Totally unacceptable! If you use this dispensary, please ask them to fix the problem.
I'm sorry but all of our prices online do not include tax. Our menu in store has the prices with tax so that it is easier for our patients to calculate. Hope you give us a chance again.
