Orders not ready

This is my third or fourth time placing an order through Weedmaps but everytime I’m there to pickup they tell me that it doesn’t show on their side and they have to grab my items instead of having it ready for pickup. Do I need to order directly from the store?

I was told that because they had a sale going on, my “first time patient” deal was not applied. I have NEVER heard of this policy and I’ve been going to dispensaries for quite a while. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

The bud-tenders are polite and knowledgeable. They recommendations were spot-on and they did this without up-selling or pushing any particular product. The store was clean and well lit. Even the security guard was was polite and helpful. I highly recommend it. The only negative thing I can think of is that Parking's difficult, but where in South Berkeley/Oakland isn't Parking a problem.

I’m from out of town and always stop by when I’m in town. I love this place. The bud tender Harrison is amazing and always has great recommendations. He’s recommended me some of the best flower I have ever smoked. Worth the prices. Also, bring back the snow dream.

Went in earlier this week and being my first time in as I was visiting the area. I must say the great visit started from the start with the security guard being friendly as I arrived, and the budtender did a great job, and recommended something he thought I might like after he asked a few questions about pertaining to what I was looking for and damn, was he right. Great flavor, and smooth burn using my bong. ON POINT! I’ll be back! 💯

This shop is 5 min from my sister's house so decided to check it out. Flower selection is on point!! Great deals on edibles too, picked some up for my mom since she pretty much can't sleep without those Plus gummies. Will def be back next time I'm in the area.

When Sue Taylor, her Son and Daughter-In-Law founded iCANN in 2009 it was with the vision of opening a community dispensary focused on helping seniors. By educating seniors on how the therapeutic benefits of cannabis could improve their quality of life she began to dispel the stigma.
