Tip for a New Patient and Review

I chose a pre-roll out of my 3 options(edible, pipe, pre-roll) as a new patient to this club. I received a king sized cone joint in a plastic tube with its cap. Before I sparked the joint, I can see it was stuffed with dark green, hash-looking bits of weed. The smell and taste was awful. I disposed the joint after 3 hits. My best guess of what was in that joint is the compassion shake in their online menu. So, I wouldn't recommend a new patient that option. That didn't stop me from writing a good review though. Their staff were very friendly. The stocks were clean and organized. The prices are average. You get what you pay for.

RUDE MANAGER

So my first time go into this club was great, a friend recommended that I try them out. The person that checked me had great customer service and she assisted me with my order and found out that they have my fave edibles☺️. Well the next day I go back because my pen wasn't working after spending 200 in this joint I get the manager. Who hired her or how she is even in the position to be a manager I have no freaking clue. First she didn't even come from the back to address my problem, attached her cartridge to my pen and comes out smoking on it and told me it works just fine. I don't know if it was hers or mines but it didn't work for me. When I asked the other girl that was there working was she the manager, she rudely ask what did she say. So of course you can't make a complaint on her because there's no one else above her. So I will cross the bridge like I've been doing to get the items they carry and never place my foot back into here again

This is the manager you spoke with that day. I did in fact go come to address your problem, that is how I acquired your pen. It would have been impossible for me to be “smoking on your pen” if you forgot your cartridge at home. After your arrival with a “broken” pen, I went to my office to grab a tester cartridge to verify it was in fact broken. Upon testing your pen, it was working 100%. I asked you if you had the cartridge you were using so we could test the atomizer and you replied with, "no, my pen is broken." I asked if your cartridge was in the car and you replied, "no, it is at home, my pen is broken." Then you mentioned it wasn't charging right so I grabbed a brand new pen and compared it to the charge of your pen and both were working perfectly. Again, I mentioned it could be the cartridge you are using and that you can always have us look at that as well. Even though your pen was working perfectly, I offered you either a brand new pen or the pen that you brought into my building that day. You were unhappy with both options leaving me to believe there was simply no pleasing you. I do realize your frustration with not being able to use your medication, although I feel as if your hostility towards me in the collective that day was what stopped us from resolving the issue. We are trying to uphold a specific environment in our collective and your behavior and attitude was severely disruptive to our patients. If you would like to bring back both the cartridge and the battery so we can figure out which is broken and return it, then you are welcome to do so. After that, we are asking you do not return to our collective and we hope you find a place that better fits your needs.

A very nice strain for body relief

A regular visit for the usual pain relief strains resulted in my trying a new strain called Orange Guava...and I'm loving it. Very effective in providing a full body HIGH, and a head HIGH. The Orange Guava will be added to my go-to cannabis Hall of Strains. US Bloom continues to be a first class operation. Two thumbs up!

amazing club

My experience at this club was great. They have very nice security and the girls working were very friendly and helpful at suggesting a strain to my boyfriend and I. I got a preroll as a welcoming gift and my boyfriend chose a very small glass pipe (you can also choose a caramel edible). The quality of even just their new patient preroll was amazing, burned slow and evenly and got us lit. My boyfriend bought some grams and a top shelf preroll and we haven't tried the top shelf preroll yet but we know we won't be disappointed. We tried the grams he bought and they're amazing quality as well, and pretty reasonably priced, especially for top shelf. It's pretty small, but they've got excellent flower. So far it's the best club we've been to, their prerolls (even new patient free prerolls, which are just shake) are nicely rolled in a king sized cone with a crutch. Other new patient prerolls from other clubs were smaller, not as nicely rolled, or didn't have a crutch, or all three. I just went back to buy a gram of top shelf and a preroll. I think this is my new favorite club.

Better than good, and better than the rest!

On my way home in the pouring rain, I decided to drop in for some flowers. They were out of Blackberry, but had Girl Scout Cookies, and Kryptonite in stock. The selection of top shelf flowers is never a disappointment, and always a pleasure to try. Big shout out and thanks to Katrina for her on point helpful comments and assistance. Salud!

Very nice first experience

I'm a recent patient and I decided to check out some dispensaries near my house. US Bloom was close by so I went to see how it is. Parking was a bit tricky as I missed the entrance on Springs Road, so I parked over by the food truck across the street. Security was laid back and easy going. They had some issues with their system when registering me, but I don't think that's anything they can help so I don't fault them for it. Selection wise they had a decent mixture of different strains as well as flat screens displaying their prices. I didn't catch the employees name that helped me, but I believe she mentioned that she was a recent hire. She seemed fairly knowledgeable on the different things that I asked about. She was very courteous and made me feel at ease throughout my time there. I most definitely will be back, I just hope they have a special going next time.
