The store is pretty small, which unfortunately made things feel cramped for all the people that were there. However, the wait was not long at all and the staff delivered excellent service! I was short a few bucks and our bundtender pulled it out of his tip jar!! I couldn't ask for better service! The quality is pretty top notch as well, you get what you pay for which is nice these days. I'll definitely be returning to this establishment!

WOW! What a difference a year makes. When NuLeaf Lake Tahoe first opened I happily told people what a great local business you were and too shop local. (At that time you actually were.) Since going recreational though I now just warn people that Nuleaf Dispensary - Incline Village, Nv is but only another company capitalizing on the location. SUCH A SHAME. You wanted to be known as a destination location and capitalize on that...You sure hit that goal and it's disappointing and disgusting. Though now your prices fortunately afford me to drive over the mountain and get the exact same product...elsewhere. And I still spend less. So disappointed that I could get my medicine just a mile away but due to the pricing I cannot afford too anymore.
I used to come to nuleaf all the time but since they went recreational their prices are way too much, I wish they would still do medical for those of us who don't want to pay recreational prices. I didn't think it would be a big deal but then I went to rise in Carson city, only 20 mins away from nuleaf and they literally have the same concentrates but $30 cheaper. I get it cost more for recreational but $30 more?? I can't afford $140 grams. But hey if it's working for them awesome!! If you can only afford like $70 which is still expensive (I can get $20 grams in the Bay Area lol) then unfortunately you might want to make your way to Carson city, look at the menu, literally same wax way cheaper. Sorry nuleaf, I love your staff and your convience but I just can't afford you anymore, I can't be the only one. $10 more no big deal but $30 eeeek. Sorry
I live in Las Vegas & thought I packed enough weed for this vacation up in Tahoe but half way through I ran out. So, I googled the closest recreational head shop. Nuleaf was Perfect! Easy to find, plenty of parking. The staff was great, very friendly & very knowledgeable about all the product. Shout out to Justin, & you're great customer service! The only thing I can say needs improvement is the display of product. Other than that, Nuleaf is a great dispensary!
>Got in as a recreational patient in minutes without having to fill out paperwork or go through vigorous background checks.
>The Dispensary has a nice modern indoor atmosphere, with display screens that let you know about all their products.
>Even if there is a wait the staff are quick, efficient, and friendly.
>Special shoutout to Justin who took off 7 dollars from my purchase so I could afford it since I had gone slightly over.
>Good job Nu Leaf, I'll definitely be back.
Is so kind, from the waiting room to the sales floor. Fantastic bud, and quality. Will be back !
I've been reading reviews about nuleaf and I can't say I agree with a lot of these low scores. I go into nuleaf at least two times a week and I always have a great experience. They have about every kind of anything you need to medicate, it's pretty cool that it's on a wall instead of behind a counter. There's always a good selection of sativas indicas and hybrids, along with a lot of different edibles and topicals. The staffs really knowledgeable about the products they carry and It makes it easier to find the right thing. Overall I give nuleaf 5/5 and I'll continue driving up from Carson city because they're worth the commute.
Literally the most uptight cannabis dispensary I've ever been to in my life. Poor planning and informing on your part doesn't constitute yelling at your customers, in fact literaly nothing justifies the behavior I experienced here on my trip to Tahoe this past weekend. As an out of state medical patient, apparently that entitles you to first in service however I was not informed of this - not a big deal at all. Patience is a virtue I've been endowed with in most situations and that was no exceptions. However when one clerk literally yells at a group of people that had no prior experience to step back from simple neck craning and wanting to see products on the shelf it creates a hostile environment. Then, another clerk upon finding out I was medical put his finger up and walked away being completely rude and going on to tend to another situation, despite allegedly being concerned that I wasn't addressed first. When two people asked him questions at the same time, again, a temper tantrum ensued and the kid chastised the group and said we were "inundating" him with questions and we "need to be considerate of his feelings in this situation" - absolutely ridiculous. First and foremost: train your front desk staff better so as to inform your guests (especially those coming from out of state who may not be familiar with your extremely process) and any situation like that would be completely avoided. Secondarily: your staff at this location needs to be better suited to handle any level of stress. What I witnessed these tantrums over was absolutely a non issue, I manage a hydroponics store in Michigan and we stock well over 5000 unique items compared to your 50 at best and routinely provide complete build outs for large facilities (working on a 4 million dollar buildout now) that entail getting asked questions by multiple people at the same time, as any retail situation does. If your staff cannot handle the daily and routine stressors that come along with the territory and the training isn't provided quickly to both make sure they can politely address a situation they may find stressful, and inform your guests of routine procedure to avoid those situations no amount of location and beautiful construction will keep people coming back. My experience with you was a mockery of a travesty, and additionally as a large scale producer of nearly every style product you sell I would move heaven and earth to never ever ever allow my products on your shelves simply due to how you represent yourselves and the business. The only reason I will ever come back on my next visit out there is morbid curiosity to see if you've improved, but the brunt of my money will certainly be spent elsewhere. Take this all to heart, because fellas... You've got work to do.
This dispensary is the busiet place in town and it's awesome to see!! Let's keep in mind here we are in small, snowy little Incline Village, Nevada.. Rare and EPIC spot to be able to purchase top grade medical cannabis at. The staff & their customer service have done a superb job due to how BUSY and tightly fit the facility is. The prices are high due to the rec tax rate and certain brands/strains are all different for variety. NuLeaf has flower & concentrates w/ the highest thc levels that I've tried!! I also received a free silicon NuLeaf jar for purchasing wax!
Thanks for opening Recreational on August 5th NULEAF Lake Tahoe, you guys are killing it! See you soon.
I want to say great things about this place but there's really no need to. It's a great location in a place that needed it. Staff isn't the friendliest. It's the older clientele that is going to be the death of this place. They're in they're trying to have 30 minute conversations with the bud tenders when most people in the younger age range really just trying to pick up the product and get out of there. 30 to 45 minute wait time is absolutely obnoxious. Prices are way too high! The amount of product is so low it's not even fair. I heard this place is focused on only getting things from places in Nevada but they should focus on getting better product out of California.
