First off, what up Tiny! Didn't get to you on the note for the online order
This one time I got a gram of the gorilla glue and it had (no joke) about 10 seeds.. :/
After going to all the clubs in Reno, I probably will never go back. I love this club!! Everyone is super friendly!! All the budtenders are more than happy to show you the product. They are knowledgeable and I appreciate them every time I visit! They have quality buds for a great price. Haven't made it out early enough, but if you do, they have deals first thing in the am.
The staff up front is not friendly and do not seem like they want to be there. They do not know their own product and when I questioned my pick up order (they gave me different product than I ordered) the tender said "I don't know. We have lots of bud called OG". She did not offer any other explanation. When I called to let them know I was transferred to someone that sounded like they were in a wind tunnel. I told him that I received something different than what I ordered and I wanted to give him a heads up in case other customers had the same issue (because the person up front did not care). He seemed in a hurry to get me off the phone and just said "Yeah, blackbird must have made a mistake".
They also have an issue with making change.
1. Order total $69.14. Gave tender $70.14. He pulled out calculator and punched a few keys. Stared at it for a sec and said "do you want you change".
2. Order total $35.48. Gave tender $40.50. Similar routine. Happened with 2 different tenders.

Budtenders are all high
You ask a simple question they gotta run to the back to ask someone else
Product here is cheap for a reason cause they don't care
One month A stain will be 35 before tax next month the same strain will 40/45 before tax rip off
Stopped by today and this place is awesome and the people are super friendly.! My bud tender was Brian and he was amazing.! He has a wealth of knowledge and was super helpful. His customer service is outstanding.! Thank you Brian and everyone at Greenleaf.!!
It was my first time walking in Greenleaf not too long ago and it was a wonderful experience. The service was so nice and the bud was beautiful the atmosphere was so chill and clean. Brian Salazar was great helped me every step of the way and I'll say I'll be coming here more often. 5 stars
I have gotten at least three individual eighths that don't weigh out to 3.5 grams. some only a few points of a gram off but today It was almost a half gram off. when you're paying almost 10 a gram plus taxes, it would be nice if the vendor makes sure the product is accurately weighed out. (weed weighs less when it dries! so put extra in if anything not less!)
We weigh everything three times on a state certificated scale unfortunately between packaging and purchase the product has an opportunity to lose some water weight. We apologize about the experiences you have been having and would love to make this right with you. Greenleaf Wellnes has the best prices in town, especially since they are the only dispensary that has daily specials. But their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was waiting outside early in the morning on line for the daily specials only to have some dude come in after me and buy the last 8th while I was getting cash from the ATM. Instead of hearing out my concerns about them not enforcing the line when they know they have limited product at the daily special prices, the budtender sits there trying to tell me that I should have placed my order before I went to the ATM. What's the use of waiting in line for an hour only to have the person who was after you in line slide in behind you and purchase the last 8th that you had been standing in line all morning to get. Maybe they need to school their budtenders on that age old saying "Customer is always right" instead of arguing back and forth trying to tell the customer how wrong they are
