I LOVE this dispensary! It has become my favorite! EVERYBODY in here is super nice and attentive, and their deals? OMG super great! You also rack up points in little to no time and before you know it, you’ve got a decent amount of money you can use on your purchase! Today I got helped by a gal named Icela, super nice and informative! I truly appreciate this type of service! It’s always so pleasant to stop by!!!

Such a dope dispensary with friendly budtenders
From the moment you step in you’re greeted by super friendly people. Heather (who asked me to do a review) makes everyone feel like a regular. Lo took me in and showed me around. Her high energy is infectious. Domi checked me out and she was a sweetheart. Alex was the manager that came and assisted Domi and he was a cool guy. Overall more than what a dispensary should be.

The staff are amazing at this location. It is easily my new favorite dispensary. They really know their stuff and help you find the best deals and products. I’m a bit of a weed snob. And your staff help me pick exactly what I’m looking for, every time. Today, Bryce taught me the specific difference between rosin, live resin, and sugar. And Kat and Kalani have always been awesome at pointing out great deals and making sure I didn’t miss anything when checking out. 5 stars, for sure!

I absolutely loved this store and have been coming here for a solid 2 years now unfortunately that will come to a stop due to your rude budtender Bryce. I have complained to multiple team members regarding his nasty and rude behavior towards me, that it has got to the point where now when I walk in he sarcastically yells “HELLO” in my ear as previous time when I walk in alone he doesn’t even acknowledge me, doesn’t care that I tell him I am on a budget, but continues to try to up sale my order. He rudely gives me my total, when I then had to ask him if I had any points that I could redeem at all, and to my surprise I had $6 to use. Not to mention before I remember specifically avoiding this specific budtender Bryce when he was working at Silver State Dispensary for the same reasons. Any other experience with Rise Northtowne has been nothing but a very good experience, everyone else is always super welcoming, super helpful, and never make me feel uncomfortable.
