About Us

At Elemental Wellness, our main priority is providing our patients safe access to clean medicine. All our medicine is lab-tested for potency and deemed safe for consumption by Steep Hill Halent Labs. Flowers are tested for mold & biological contaminants. Concentrates are tested for any residual solvents (e.g. butane). All medicine is tested for a full spectrum of cannabinoids (e.g. THC & CBD) and terpenes (e.g. Limonene). Elemental is also home to one of the few Steep Hill Halent Labs QuantaCann potency analyzers. Using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy we are able to perform immediate on-site testing of major cannabinoids, including THC & CBD.

First time, amazing service 😊

Today I came to elemental wellness after being rejected for having a passport and not a license ...abyways these guys accepted me and Jaron was super friendly and immediately knew what I was looking for and he pointed out the best flower for my tetaste. I got the Animal Cookies and it honestly was super dank and reminded me of the fire I get daily back home in Fresno. The only downside to this collective is the prices are a little pricey, especially bc they don't include taxes but the first patient deal pretty much takes care of that and they offer so many perks to being s member so it feels like much more than a one stop shop for meds. The atmosphere is modern and warm and I will definitely be coming back with a friend tomorrow for 4/20

dissapointed not the elemental i remember

Very overpriced, especially when there is way better option across the street, last 2 times i checked this place out i didnt get anything because i knew i could just go somewhere else for a better deal / selection. It IS possible to include taxes in your pricing, many other dispensaries do it .

I have a policy against giving my money to rude bud tenders for mediocre meds. just saying, sometimes its not what you say, its how you say it. save you money and go next do to Theraleaf where the buds are as plentiful as the smiles. ✌😎

Then I called and was helped and ( I’m sorry I don’t remember your name ) whom ever was on the phone was super helpful and kind. So got all my log in and what not done and put my order in. Let me clarify it doesn’t take 3 hours ( maybe I was lucky ) but I got all my stuff in a hour and SHIT IS FIRE. Most def would order from here again. Menu 10/10 hella choices too.

I use to be YOU. Yes, YOU. Sitting there reading the negative reviews thinking "Whoa, that person must of have had either a rough day or just usually has a bad/negative attitude." That was ME. I'm the most Positive, Friendly, Understanding and MOST Patient person you will EVER meet with nothing but Aloha for everyone who finds a reason in everyones faults. The fact that I'm on here right now? Trust me, you wanna read this. It is 8:26pm as I write this. Elemental closes at 9pm. Remember this. I placed an order with Elemental Wellness this morning. My husband & I have been customers since we came across them this past January. Shoot, I even left them a Yelp comment bragging about how awesome they are. I voted for them when the contest for "BEST DISPENSARY" was going on because Hey! I truly believed they WERE the BEST but hey that $10 buck's off for voting for them was nice too. I ordered what was advertised online which was a favorite of ours. When I finally look at my order, I see that the THC is NOT what it is as advertised online. Yes, it matters! it's a huge difference in comparison. I thought to myself "What?!" so I call them. I explain. What happens? After being put on hold for quite awhile, I'm told that this has to go higher up. Someone will call me today or tomorrow. I immediately got frustrated. I bought this TODAY. Why would this be fixed TOMORROW?! This was at 2:23pm. I'm placed on another hold then told a Manager will call me back. I said TODAY? I was raised with manners so when she said yes I thanked her for her time AND apologized if it caused HER any frustration. Manager calls me a little while later. You'd think OH thank God, a Manager. No. Right from the get go I was treated like I was out for some sort of Freebie, like a Chronic. Like I am full of S***. They wanted a picture. My phone cut out, Rosie left a message she would e-mail me. Waited a couple minutes then called back. This time when I asked for her, apologized my phone cut out as soon as my name was mentioned the whole tone changed. Placed on hold for a long time yet again until Adrianne get's on the phone talking to me like I'm some sort of little kid then requesting the picture. Hey, the picture would of already been there if Rosie would of sent the e-mail before she took her break. I politely got off the phone enraged. All of a sudden, Rosie calls back! Did I send the picture...NO. I didn't receive the e-mail. Puts me on hold yet again. Boom! e-mail comes in. Politely but furiously I get off the phone. I send the e-mail with pictures including what they advertised & what MY jar says as well as how they treated me. This was at 3:41pm. (You see how long this has taken already?) at 4:25pm I received an e-mail from Rosie that this was some sort of Misprinting and I would be hearing from them shortly. They were trying to get this matter fixed right away. I gave them until 6:38pm before I gave them a call again. MORE than enough. Do you know what happens? You won't believe this. I was as SHOCKED as you are and so severely disappointed. Girl answers. I ask for Rosie because after all Rosie SAID she would be calling shortly and isn't it CRUCIAL in customer service that when there is an issue it is handled in a timely manner and the customer is treated with the upmost respect ESPECIALLY when it is your own fault? Rosie left for the day. Is this A*****? Yes. "Oh, let me transfer you to a Manager." Now this is the spit in my face, the moment it shows where you stand with them and how truly you matter as a customer; because they hang up on me not ONCE but TWICE. I do live in an area where I have shady reception but this is what I can tell you with my experience - when a call drops? it says "Call Dropped" it doesn't say "CALL ENDED". I could NOT believe it! Treated me like a liar, treated me like a kid then did this. You know...I recently had an incident with a delivery driver in the last month where he wouldn't honor a 10% off text and made sure I knew how much of a hassle it would be to deliver one 1/8th with a 10% off. Did I call and complain? No. I let it go. (ROB took care of it on his own when noticing and put a credit on my account, thank you ROB!) Did I complain when I was given the wrong strain in the past? NO. I have treated them ALL, even when some of them have obviously had a bad day, with nothing but RESPECT, ALOHA & UNDERSTANDING. So please tell me this. As a customer who has spent $2051.70 since Jan 11th 2018 at this shop, what could I have ever possibly done to be treated this way? What have any of us ever done really that we get anything but outstanding f****** service from these places. Since "legalization" we as the public have been getting treated pretty much like beggars, or that we should be mind blown with the quality. Blackwater style transports and tax out the a** is not legalization. We are all being shook down.

Bad experince

I been coming here for years since chaircott and recive the best experince latey its been a ride with this new team like the other day i stop by ask about a dosscount they had in the lobby they call the manager on duty shes plays dumb like she dont see the sing in front of her so i walk her over to it to point it put to her so looks at it then grab it in fornt of everybody and walks off embrassing me in front other comsters and workers now im lost and confused so next time im going to keep thos in mind next time before i head out to get meds

DONT BUY SHAKE HERE

Don’t buy there shake. The shake didn’t even get me high yea the price is great but the quality is not really good. This was my first time there as well. Your better off buying a gram for the quality. It had stems and burnt up leafs i had to smoke 3 blunts for what I get with 1 blunt. Ended up giving alway the rest after my first smoke. STOP SELLING WAEK SHAKE.

making mj stressful again

Get the free $15 for 1st time patients then never come back. There’s too many delivery places with quality flowers for a lower price. There’s too many dispensaries with better customer service. EW dispensary, delivery and employees cant seem to get on the same page which creates misunderstandings and stressful situations. Im truly am sorry but it shouldn’t be this hard and I just cant recommend this place and will be telling friends and Kaiser to avoid and not recommend this dispensary.

Happy valentines.... got here at 1130 for 2 for 1 cartridges. Asked about it and deal doesn’t start until 1200, cool I’ll be wait.... 2 costumers later guy asks about deal and gets it no problem. Very disappointed, as soon as I get my cartridges I’m out and will never come back
