Online order means nothing

I pre-ordered my weed, drove the 40 miles round trip, paid my bridge fee, showed up at the store and was told that they didn't have my order in stock any more, and that if you order on line it doesn't reserve your order and someone can come in and purchase it before you get there. BEWARE

I placed an order through wm and when I arrived to Lemonnade they didn’t have record of my order or the coupon discount that I received through weed maps . The supervisor seemed irritated that I was given such a big discount and I felt like I was being viewed like I was a thief or a fraud because of my discount

First time at Lemonade Union City and it was a terrible experience. I came after work, excited because the online menu looked great, but the staff completely killed the vibe. No greeting when I walked in, everyone was huddled up and not paying attention. The lady who helped me was rushed, annoyed, and not knowledgeable about the products at all. She didn’t ask what I wanted, brushed me off when I asked questions, and didn’t even mention the first-time discount. On top of that, she got my order wrong, and when I went back in to fix it she acted like it was my fault. The card machine wasn’t working properly either, and instead of troubleshooting she just said, “some cards don’t work.” For a first-time visit, it felt unwelcoming, unhelpful, and completely disappointing. The only thing that made it worth it was the 30% first-time deal — but even with that, I wouldn’t come back.

I am from the West Bay San Bruno to be exact I came out here to drop off my nieces and nephews today Mama out here at Union City and I forgot my stuff at home so I googled up on my weed app you know the closest one to me and it let me to lemonade probably 20 minutes 15 minutes to closing time I'm debating if I should go in or not you know I'm not sure but they were on sale and they were banging from greeting to the security to the inside of the store touring it to helping me getting what I needed before I even got to the register and then to the register it was just mind-blowing and satisfied y'all night shift was you know motivated yeah make me want to come back again now I know when I come over here on East Bay cuz I worked at Fremont so I'll be making my stops here thank u for the hospitality and professionalism y'all showed respect luv jah bless
