About Us

Hightimes Medical Cannabis Cup Winners!! At the Purple Lotus Patient Center, our goal is to provide quality service, a comfortable atmosphere, and top quality medication for every budget. We offer the highest quality products for the best donation value. All of our staff is highly trained to make sure that every time you walk through our door you receive the experience and quality you deserve.

We offer daily sales on medication as well as a 5% discount to Seniors (65+) and for patients on SSI, Medicare and Disability. Active Military and Veterans also receive a 5% discount. In addition, we offer a 5% student discount to patients enrolled at San Jose State University, Evergreen, Foothill, De Anza, Stanford and UCSC. Must present student identification at the time of donation.

You might be asking what makes us different? Our founders were patients just like you. We would go into countless clubs in the bay area, especially San Jose, and realized that no matter where we went, we were unable to find consistency and quality! The medication was over priced, over rated, and premium medication was mid grade at best. We go out of our way to bring you top quality medication at every price rage. We care about our patients and offer a variety of services and products to assist in the treatment of your condition. We love to hear your feedback and will go out of our way to carry products that our customers really want. We are a non-profit organization that is based on the belief that our patients' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs and providing the highest quality medication and services to our members.

We want to make sure that every time you walk through our doors you receive quality service and products. As a result, a high percentage of our membership is due to referrals. Patient safety is of the utmost concern. 70% of the medication that we offer is 100% organic. We understand that not everyone prefers all organically grown products and we aim to provide a variety of choices for each patient.

ANNA!!! The best "bud-tender" ever 😊

So... we have been to several dispensaries and have had good experiences, nice staff, decent product etc., but Anna has helped us a few times now and she is hands down the sweetest, most honest and open girl ever! I was worried

I read the reviews for this dispensary and was very leery about going. I decided to go last night although it's 25 miles from me because they had a particular strain I've been looking for. My experience was much different than I was expecting. The men who greeted us were not rude, they were actually friendly. the bud tender was also a nice guy. I didn't really test his knowledge since I knew what I was after but wow, after the bad reviews I read I was nervous to go alone. hmmm, they were nice to my friend too. The flower I got isn't tight buds but I wouldn't consider it stemmy. The flower I bought tastes and has the effects of quality and it was such a great price I bought 4 oz instead of the 2 I planned to get. I am a happy customer!

Fake club

Just go to santa cruz genetics or airfield they have decent stuff with taxes included. Not to mention the atmosphere isn't that of hitlers

Extremely poor customer service.

Came here today. Here is my experience.
Called the pre-order desk, talked to a bud tender. Told them how much I wanted to spend, and what I was looking for. First off, She was totally unfamiliar with the menu. Didn't try anything on their daily sales promotion, and only told me "It smells good". In her defense, it did smell good. Problem was it was stemmy AF , seriously, they should have advertised it as budlets for half of it, and some were to stemmy to even smoke.

After hanging up, I was still perusing their menu, found an offer she hadn't even mentioned for 1/2 off for phone orders, on certain buds. Thanks lady. Called back, got that added onto my order. Cool.

Showed up. There is a big dude, like WWE big, dressed out in a cop-uniform, (but is actually just security when you get close) and toting a fully loaded gun. Yikes.

Go inside, the decor is cool, there's a little fountain bubbling away. The emo dude behind the counter hands me my bag, charges me up, but then makes me sign this little affidavit thing that says there gonna kick me out of the club if I challenge there charges. Like what if you guys double charge me by accident? That's happened to me before at a different place. Got home, that zip that was half off that I almost didn't get was good, especially for the price I paid. The full charge zip was the stemmy one. Gross.
The receipt on the bag was confusing. I almost did call my bank, because it looked like they had forgotten to take half off for the sale bag, but when I called and talked to the "manager" (who really didn't sound like he wanted to help) and complained, he basically blew me off. I asked if I could communicate to the stores full general manager, but the "manager" on the phone told me "He's not on the floor that often, he's mostly in his office" Like thanks. Every time I come to Purple Lotus, I leave frustrated and angry, (for a stoner that's a lot to say), I want to talk to a manager, and express my concerns to the, because the guy on the phone literally shut down the second I said Frustrated.

He offered to give me the managers email. Wow. Thanks bro. Like a manager who sits in his desk all day is really gonna answer customer emails. Sure.

Asked him to give my number to the manager, and have him, Phil was the name given, call me.
A week later, still waiting for that call Phil.

I'll keep coming, the ounce prices are to good to pass up, but the second another spot opens up with comparable prices, I'm gone. Thank god its legal now, that's probably only a few months away.

Worst shop ever been in 2nd time and last. RUDE

The wait is horrendous each time and the service and products suck!!! After telling me they prefer cash they had me sign a waiver promising i would not challenge the extra fee they were charging. OK, But then this guy who must have gotten his job because he wears a butt plug said and if you challenge it, we will come after you with a collection agency and sue You WTF brought that on. When you sign up they give you a gift card. I really did not want the crap he was offering but hey its free so i said OK. When I got home i noticed he had charged me for it. Of course my friend waiting and waiting and waiting got tired and stepped out of the car to stretch his legs where a couple of PittBull security guys pounced on him and told him to get back in the car. If you like Fascism you will love this place.

Don't buy the northern lites

I bought some northern lites that the bud tender suggested some of the harsh flower I have ever smoke it was a complete waste of money they should not even carry stuff like that
