Does WebMD work when they are literally in the same local & the 24/verify works. Your front door man on night of 7-25-16, told me to "go print out my phone script." I'm sorry? Did you not know printed scripts (off your phone) can be forgeries? Did you know I had $500+ last night either!? Sorry I won't come back. I could have taken my script to Kinkos, & made one for my friends to come in with me. NO REAL SECURITY - if they do not take a PDF straight from HelloMD on my iphone. Confused & wondering how my brand new iphone Weedmaps APP says no ratings but your website is diff too.?????
I have had eights and grams all be underweight. Not severely, but every time it's a bummer. I won't be returning.

First time patient.Terrible experience. A friend of mine and I arrived during the "rush" after work to check out the "top shelf" buds they were advertising via text message. The promo was $5/g Sour Diesel and other top shelf strains. Didn't get to counter and see "top shelf" buds until literally 45 mins of waiting in line. There's now about 15 people in line waiting as 3-4 other staff members mean mugged everyone in line instead of ACTUALLY getting behind a register to expedite sales. We get to counter, tell him we'd like to see your $5/g Sour Diesel. This guy pulls out a plastic container of hay. I said "No. You sure this is Sour D?" His response, and I quote, "Ooohh, you want real Sour Diesel? That's $17/g." He proceeds to pull out another plastic container of hay. Buds had hair and lint, "hook up" of free kief was empty, and All of their bud was sub-par. Never going back. Stop advertising top shelf and then trying to sell people hay. Not a good business strategy. I feel tricked and
We apologize for the misunderstanding; the last thing we would want is to be deceptive. We also pride ourselves in being completely transparent to each and every patient. Although we sent a text informing all patients that we have several strains at $5/g, the text message you are referring to stated, and I quote, "GDP & Sour D @ $5/g $125oz! 50 topshelf strains @ $49 1/8 or less!" We carry over 50 strains that are top shelf and we will back up their quality day in and day out. We also carry more affordable strains, such as Sour Diesel, and try to articulate the difference as much as possible. We hope you return and apologize again for any misunderstanding.

Better bring a scale amd weigh your meds in the parking lot before you drive home.
i spent $330. All oil cartridges and ONE 8th of Cannatonic high CBD.
I got home and opened the "8th". It looked light so I put it on the scale - 2 Grams!
Maybe and honest mistake, but ALL the dude had to do was hand me some cartridges and weigh out ONE 8th.
Quit getting baked at your job if your too blazed to weigh out 3.5 grams.
Not worth the gas for me to drive allvthe way back, so yeah I got ripped off here. BRING A SCALE!! like its 1995....lame.

Today I went to purple lotus as I always do. I've spent thousands of dollars at this place. I already filled out a$100 card and today I went in to use my $50 card. I was denied my free 8th because more then half of the punches were on a $100 card. Their policy is "you can't combine cards"??? If they cared about their customers they would have given me my free gift for completing 16 punches of $50 or more . They save on giving a free eighth since I'm losing my $100 card Right ?They offered me a free cone , which to be honest isn't good quality, and 10 percent off , which I already get as a student. The problem is I didn't have enough cash and its $4 charge credit . As a loyal customer that has spent thousands of dollars there it just doesn't make much business sense to lose a very good customer over a free 8th that I technically qualified for.
I wrote my review right after I left. As soon as I hit send, the manager came to me and offered to make it right. Who does that anymore?! So I was shown that Purple lotus does value it's patients, and paying attention to our needs and what we think. Way to win me back before I even left the place. Thanks guys!! See you soon!

So I usually only leave reviews if their good. But honestly I'm a little pissed. I'm a disabled vet, single mother on a fixed income. When I do research on pricing and menu to buy my meds, I like to know how much I'm going to spend so that I can set a proper budget. When I go into a new establishment, I expect what's on the site is true. So when I get slapped with an almost $10 extra charge for using my debit card, I get a little pissed. If you don't care about being duped after going through the whole process then this is the place for you. It's too bad, because everything else was pretty good. But I don't like feeling taken, so I probably won't be back.

Purple Lotus is awesome. It's already got a million reviews but I wanted to toss some more love their way. Huge selection, tons of budtenders so you don't wait long or at all, security makes me feel safe not scared, and TONS of goodies for new customers. When I joined I got a free item (no minimum purchase required) for my first 3 visits. Stay gold folks!

Well hello people of san jose or maybe you that are visiting from out of town looking for great medicine,,, fear no more Purple Lotus will make sure you are happy. Today I visited as i normally do and for once there was no-one in line... Fuck Yeah! Anyways theres been times i waited for 30 mins in line :/ haha probably because I've hung out with the tender for 15 mins at a time looking at meds... either way u will be satisfied :) so back to today if your looking for something good try the strawberry kush or the conosuir bottoms... sometimes its good sometimes its bunk..today gooooood I'm pretty medicated from one hit :P speaking from a high tolerance haha anyways thanks guys you rock always keeping me on my feet during the hard times :) And to those of you wondering if you should visit Purple Lotus.. well what i can tell u is the free gifts never stop and one way or another Purple Lotus Will Serve You Above and beyond ...btw people i haven't seen better 10 dollar grams in a while.... this place has it all :]
