The ATM wasn't printing receipts. Proceed? Of course. My medication is waiting for me. Wrong move. ATM charged me an extra 20. Lame.
Budtender told me Sublime Co2 cartridges were 35 bucks. I go on their menu and it says 26.
Parking was horrible. Had to wait to get in to the parking lot.
Love the decor and nice new building but it would take a lot of change for me to come back consistently.
Thank you for taking the time to come visit us. We are very sorry to hear about the ATM and will resolve any discrepancies. For the difference in online vs in-store prices, we post before tax prices online and our in-store prices are final. This means your final price will be the same! Finally, thank you for the kind words on the decor and new building, we hope to earn your trust back and will work hard to ensure this is a one time experience!
John thanks for great service !!really knows his stuff.Got some blueberry wax
John's the best! Thank you for your review, we look forward to seeing you again soon!
Only thing good about this place is that they sell $20/gram for CO2 syringes, other than that...complete shit. I even bought an "expensive" half gram of some supposed "fire" but was left very disappointed. They literally have anywhere from 6-10 employees working on a given shift and you're still forced to wait FOREVER even if there is only a few patients there smh. All of their edibles are weak as hell or just plain fake! Again, I only go for the $20 syringes....oh yeah, parking is horrible too...
We sincerely apologize for this experience and are taking the necessary steps to ensure this is a thing of the past. We have brought on some amazing new bud tenders and will be focusing all efforts on line efficiency and customer service, we hope to see you again and promise to give 110% every day to every patient!
I used to come here for 3+ years and I wish I could say this is still my spot but after raising the prices a lot and adding crappy bud tenders that sell you giant stems and pull their friends out of line to help them first even though you've been waiting before them and then berate you because you don't feel like spending $100 on ONE gram of concentrate, it just feels like unless you're spending hundreds of dollars they don't wanna deal with you. But today was the last straw, I sent my girlfriend in to get a large container of rub a dub the person who helped her proceeded to sell her a more expensive product claiming it to be better without providing any reason on why it's actually better. But the description I got was that they are the same but smell different? So which is it? I won't ever know since I'll never be back!
We sincerely appreciate your patronage for the past three years and are devastated to hear you had such an experience. We are working hard every day to ensure you receive the same amazing service you have grown accustomed to and won't stop until every patient receives that service. We hope you give us another chance in the future and look forward to providing you with the best experience yet!
Staff is super friendly, from the time you walk in to the burtenders. Front desk makes it pleasant and easy to check in, budtenders are knowledgable and informative. The prices are amazing and the flowers are always on point. Shout out to Denise, she is always with a smile and so helpful!

You might be asking what makes us different? Our founders were patients just like you. We would go into countless clubs in the bay area, especially San Jose, and realized that no matter where we went, we were unable to find consistency and quality! The medication was over priced, over rated, and premium medication was mid grade at best. We go out of our way to bring you top quality medication at every price rage. We care about our patients and offer a variety of services and products to assist in the treatment of your condition. We love to hear your feedback and will go out of our way to carry products that our customers really want. We are a non-profit organization that is based on the belief that our patients' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs and providing the highest quality medication and services to our members.
We want to make sure that every time you walk through our doors you receive quality service and products. As a result, a high percentage of our membership is due to referrals. Patient safety is of the utmost concern. 70% of the medication that we offer is 100% organic. We understand that not everyone prefers all organically grown products and we aim to provide a variety of choices for each patient.
