Multiple issues: 1st: they would not honor price for 1/4 ounce of Flower for $20, they blame WEEDMAPS for price discrepancy. the PIC would only offer 20% off, which is not acceptable. 2nd WEEDMAPS needs update deals page for CALIVA store, is that is the case. review of this store will NOT be changed until owner resolves it

I placed an online order through weedmaps. The store made me wait for 30 minutes before I was able to pay at the register for my order. Very corporate vibe at this store. The employees act like robots.

First off. I signed up but the guy at the desk let people that signed up after me go before me which made no sense. Great customer service their buddy. Secondly, I called and asked if they include taxes on weedmaps and the lady said yes when that WAS NOT THE DAMN CASE. You're weed was harsh and over priced with the surprise tax. The reviewer under me must be an ammatuer light weight or just plain stupid cause I bought the bubba kush and it was not top shelf even though the price was. Tasted harsh and bitter no good flavor. F this place don't know how to provide customer service or decent product. You're better off going to CA Collective 30 seconds down the street... scum club

Today was my first time here and it was a great experience all round. I was recently in a car accident and have a lot of back pain and soreness as a result. I went in looking for CBD oil or cream which isn’t anything i’m familiar with in the cannabis world. Rebecca was super friendly, and very informative about all of the products available and gave really great recommendations! all round super rad environment, products and staff.

Went today for my first time. First impression was that the place was very popluar with the amount of peope that were in line. Once at the counter, bud tender Tori did a phenomenal job with informing me and recommeding some great edibles. She was very helpful and very informative. Her customer service skills were very great. Talked me into buying many edibles and left very happy thanks to her cusotmer service. Will definitely be returning to Caliva.

Terrific pre-rolls and quality

I mainly use marijuana for sleep and anxiety. I’m a nighttime smoker always looking for pre-rolls that will make my mind shut the hell up and get a good night’s sleep. Caliva has convenient delivery whether if I’m at home in Fremont to if I’m posted in San Francisco. Caliva introduced me to the Sunday Goods and Lola pre-rolls for much needed rest. These do a wonderful job of putting me out. Terrific high and will be using Caliva repeatedly for my deliveries.

I always enjoy the staff at Caliva for their knowledge and consultative approach. I particularly had a good experience with Murphy A. That works there. She was well familiar with all the edibles and CBD heavy products and could explain the differences, benefits and effects of each. It made navigating a large product offering easy and I left with some great stuff! Thursdays edibles are 10% off so go and ask for Murphy!
