Greenpoint Seeds crossed the clone-only A-Dub with Purple Punch, giving sweet grape and berry a distinctly skunky accomplice. The mother supplies sour funk; the Punch side keeps the fruit coming. First contact smells promising. The second sniff gets suspicious.

Grape soda, lemon, and lime run through the flavor, followed by gasoline and an earthy, savory finish. The nose carries the same sweet-and-sour argument, with berries trying to behave while the skunk makes that impossible. One grower described fruit with locker-room funk; another picked out lemon spice and fuel in the smoke. Apparently, somebody brought their gym bag to the juice bar.

Flowers can show emerald-green coloring, dark purple leaves, thick orange pistils, and conspicuous white trichomes. Growers have also reported chunky, tightly packed buds, including substantial lower flowers. The purple provides the contrast, but the frost does most of the showing off.

Firsthand accounts describe an uplifting, social experience with physical comfort, while other accounts emphasize a quick cerebral lift followed by relaxation. Think conversation with a little more enthusiasm and shoulders with a little less responsibility. The advertised appeal is staying engaged while easing into the session, although detailed firsthand effects reports remain limited. The fruit throws the opening jab; the funk follows through.

Greenpoint offers Alien Punch as feminized photoperiod seed, with 56–63 days of flowering listed for indoor or outdoor cultivation. Archived specifications describe a medium-to-tall plant suited to warm conditions. Exact height and measured yield are not supplied.

Grower reports put some useful texture around that window: one finished at eight weeks, another around nine, and another ran 70 days. One also reported moderate stretch and flowers heavy enough to need support. Those branches may want a corner crew before the final round.

The breeder recommends topping or low-stress training and describes strong growth and generous production. Actual reports include an average yield from a short indoor run, so “generous” shouldn’t become an invented grams-per-square-meter promise. Published difficulty ratings vary from easy to moderate, and no dependable outdoor harvest date is established.
