Mobile order took over 1hr+ to be fulfilled, significantly longer than other locations. Needed to enter the main store floor to check out order, the lobby mobile order pick up was not available.

Prices have gone up here. They used to have pretty good deals that matched stiiizy or were 2$ more but those deals are gone these days. 12$-14$ carts before taxes become 15-18$ easily. Since they now start at 15$, it's usually 20$ after taxes. Staff is 50/50. Security is nice but some of the bud tenders have been having nothing but bad days lately. Btw. Thanks for the coffee that one time. +1 star for hooking me up with coffee that one morning I can get more product for 20$ somewhere else. Before it was almost even but now it's not economical.

The person who attended to me inside was nice which is why I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 1. I placed an order thru weed maps. It estimated time was 30-60min. I waited a full hour with no update of it being packed or anything letting me know it was delayed. I ended up going inside and let the person know about me picking up and how i hadn’t gotten an update in the past hour. He dismissed me saying “we’ve been busy”. Mind you I had been waiting in the parking lot and didn’t see many cars. I thought maybe they were more busy than I thought originally but when I walked in there were 3 ppl behind the counter and at most 2 people buying. This made me upset. The girl who helped me behind the counter was what made the score higher cause she saved the whole interaction.
