Everytime I visit Embarc its awesome. I love the staff and even the guards! Always helpful and knowledgeable. Always well stocked! I wish they had like a lounge or something to chill and kick back.

Mobile order took over 1hr+ to be fulfilled, significantly longer than other locations. Needed to enter the main store floor to check out order, the lobby mobile order pick up was not available.

Prices have gone up here. They used to have pretty good deals that matched stiiizy or were 2$ more but those deals are gone these days. 12$-14$ carts before taxes become 15-18$ easily. Since they now start at 15$, it's usually 20$ after taxes. Staff is 50/50. Security is nice but some of the bud tenders have been having nothing but bad days lately. Btw. Thanks for the coffee that one time. +1 star for hooking me up with coffee that one morning I can get more product for 20$ somewhere else. Before it was almost even but now it's not economical.

Never have I ever been shelf shamed so blatantly for simply asking the budtenders opinion or feedback on a product. . I honestly hate giving Embarc my money. The staff is uneducated in the culture, rude and bougie. You’re better off asking a magic 8ball before any of these butttenders.
