Whoa! Maui Wowie by ROVE is definitely a steal folks! Also, Lucas is an amazing budtender with impeccable guest service and cannabis knowledge! I'm a regular here. Staff are fine. This order was absolute trash because the Dabwoods Vape Pen was a 3rd rate cartridge with poor quality control.

I ordered online, app never really updated on my order being ready- so I show up, check in and head to the back, turns out they didn’t have my order the ready (which is wack) cause I online to save time. The guy was pretty quick about getting my stuff to me. That’s why 4/5 stars.

They didnt have what i ordered. They presented me with the same brand but different strain for 50% more plus they closed earlier than what their schedule posted. Never going back to embarc. Bad experiences time after time.

They wouldn't let me exchange a pod that was supposed to be a disposable vape pen when they are the ones who made the mistake. Good products but bad return policy.

Customer service sucks. They don’t have positive attitudes here. They are not willing to help look into your price range they just say ummmm ummm no or they bring out thee absolute worst products. Most of the females are soooo RUDE and they need to understand that this is a retail roll and ur attitude is what sells the products. Also very understaffed lines time are insane at times. Workers need to be more trained and informed on what they sell.
