Great online ordering service. I was in and out within 7 mins with all of my goodies and the staff was very welcoming and their expertise streamlined the process.

Im a repeat customer, had been for many years mostly as a walk in customer but Ive been transitioning to online ordering recently. However with this latest order, the app said it was available for pick up when it wasnt. When I got to asking for my order the bud tender had me verify my order on the receipt before having someone else go in the back for several minutes while the senior staff tried to assuage my mood with friendly banter while the person handling my order was just there. I just gave up from then on, I didnt even notice that they didnt add my usual discount but from their demeanor, it didnt surprise me that it was "forgotten". They didnt even bother to update the status of the order until later that night and the order amount still didnt reflect the final price I paid in person.
