I just came in and I will NEVER be back... Fuck you guys... giving out false information. I used to buy a half oz of shake from you for $50 after my discounts. NOW you raise it to $70? For shake? What the fuck. You're raping your customers with these prices. You all have extremely RUDE customer service. Even management. I can honestly tell you don't care about your customers, only the money and it's sad. Quality of service dropped ten fold once recreational passed. Maybe try focusing on your customers and hiring employees with Cannabis knowledge and customer service... then you'll actually keep your customers. I wish I could give you 0 stars, because that's how bad you suck.
He wasn't helpful on the phone and had bad customer service. As well as the old lady who opens the door... always rude. I've been coming here since the beginning and once it became recreational, the customer service went down. It's sad. Used to love coming here, now I'll only go to Acres. Go there and you'll see what real customer service looks like.
First take away the first time rewards off weed maps and leafly because they don't exist. The friendliest person in the whole place was the security guard outside. After you walk through the main door you have to show your ID then walk into another door where the space is crammed. The line goes right through the middle so you have to squeeze by people just to get to the other side.. Hard to tell if I'm supposed to just stand there looking like a jackass twiddling my thumbs cause nobody helped me or even saw me for 10 min. Then yay, I went off the menu on weed maps and boom they don't carry any cannabiotix prerolls. All the prerolls they have at all in the whole damn store are full of weed clippings and stems. Seriously, I bought 6 prerolls and use them to fill my bowl, only to be really pissed off that I smoked 2 bowls of stems and garbage to get a head ache.. I e been to 10 different dispensaries and I actually had to leave a review because this place is the worst one..
So by far in all our rec & medical hunts
this is one of the worst experiences and stores to go to.
Their selection is terrible, their staff seem uneducated
and have no customer nor sales experience...
All the flower was basic and dry, over priced.
We found some moxie that was about it, anything else?
NO! We looked around a few times & decided to walk out with nothing!!!

Came in my first time and was very disappointed, first bud tenders will lie saying it's a indica and it is just a hybrid. Medical line is used as a normal line so no medical priority, then cashier plays stupid and lies stating I'm getting medical prices only to find on my receipt was overcharged. Called into explain my situation and was just getting the run around. If your are going to ripoff people don't give them the receipt. The worst part of the experience was they were all out of the first time medical patients incentive, couldn't even give me a preroll because they were premium. Very sad and disappointing experience. Will definitely spend my money somewhere else.
I am a medical patient I go to get some grams and they keep saying "med patient only" Idk how many times I have to tell you I am a med patient. the manager on duty was just as rude as the bartenders. is this not a marijuana dispensary ? why are the staff so rude and difficult. I'm in pain and have anxiety and staff only made it worse. Idk if its too many customers for yall but if you cant handle customers then get out of the business of customer service. ever since rec you guys treat the med patients worse. whoever runs this shop coach your staff. its not all about the money right away. its about keeping customers with good customer service.

I've been to maybe 8 disp. so far, not going to name names, but this is easily the best. I'm a person who's been smoking and dabbing for quite some time, so I don't need that much help. The layout of the store is very laid back, with the budtenders casually standing back until you need questions. Line is formed in front of cashiers with separate line for medical. I have no clue how that's complicated to some people after skimming some reviews let alone the fact it took me...less than 15 minutes as a first timer all together. Now for the best part, the prices + rewards program. Prices for most of their stuff is at average or around the lowest and quite the variety of growers/brands/whatever to choose from. Combine that with a rewards program and I'm happy. Combine that with the fact you guys ACTUALLY GIVE the veterans discount (this dispensary being the only one so far to honor the veterans discount, and just from showing them my military ID and not asking they gave it, everyone else has given me some workaround as to why they won't honor it at this time) and you guys have a loyal customer. I'm done finding my "home" dispensary. Thanks guys for the GSC and Agent Orange by MPX and Pineapple Express from Matrix, all three 10/10 dabs.

Stopped in yesterday here. What a joke! Complete chaos from the line, to the check in, to the cashier..... Negative experience all around. Maybe crowd control, maybe patients first.... Do something please...

Went into the Eastern location looking for something to help my dad with his severe back pain. Paul O. helped us and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The best part was that he took the time to patiently explain all the various options, properties and expected results so that my dad could make an educated choice. All employees were very friendly and helpful and we will be back. Thanks Paul O!!!
