Forgot to mention, for management: 1. Bring in more shake. 2. Let the tenders have TIP jars,I'm sure everyone else does. 3. Open later! Also, thank you for always improving. Last time I went in like 3 options with 29 thc and like 4 with THC over 25. You can't say that's not quality. You can't say that's not improving. 4 months ago, they had only white window. Now I have my lemon sherbet and my new reserva!

While I am also frustrated aboutprices and specials, there is no need to be a jerk to the employees. I've been coming here since early 2016. Obviously youre being rude to customer service if you're having so much trouble. You're right, there is one employee in particular that's very rude and condescending, I just try my best to avoid her as my tender and viola everything is good again. The newer employees know exactly what they're talking about, my favorite newer tenders are Chase, Justin, curly hair, and this sweetheart with the nicest smile who is usually on rec. They've always answered any questions and very rarely recommend something less than great. The other newer tenders are great as well just don't know names very well. They are my new family and always treat me with respect and love. The bud is not moldy, you don't know what you're talking about. Try the Lemon Sherbet, it is INCREDIBLE. tasty, sticky, smooth. The place is always clean and quiet and very friendly. If you're reading this, ignore the crazy butthurt below me. 😙✌🏼❤
I’ve been a long time medical marijuana customer there and as of the last year the employees especially one in particular is extremely rude everybody is rude now nobody is family like they used to be the bad quality is very poor constantly finding mold or bud rot I’ve also even found other things that should not be in the marijuana as well as Stems to weigh it down the prices are out of control and the owner I’ve tried to talk to about the poor quality of all around service but refuses to talk to his very loyal Coustomer the employee turnover is ridiculous and none of them know anything about the strains what they’re good for the places all around a mess and nobody really likes going there anymore because of the poor quality including cartridges batteries as most especially you lost a lot of customers because of your prices and taking away the specials for your medical marijuana patients where as other places still have their specials it’s a shame the quality of but is so poor inspires the employees are conceited and rude and I agree with most of these other people the place is a dive compared to what it was. Shame on several young people who work there.

My post was not a five star this place lost a long time customer it sucks dry flower rude customer service. Don't buy from here there are other places that flower kills this one

Hello I have been going here since it opened for medical and try to be loyal however the last two times I went to buy specific flowers they would only sell a gram. When the menu says otherwise. There staffeven told me to go somewhere else I will do not buy spacific from there menu you will be disappointed.
