The White
- Citrus (50% of reported flavors)
- Cheese (50% of reported flavors)
The White lets the frost talk. This Florida cut made its name with an outrageous resin coat and a comparatively quiet nose, earning a following before every jar needed to smell like a dessert franchise. Subtle aroma, substantial reputation.
Originally called Triangle, it became closely associated with grower Krome, who helped circulate the cut. Its parentage remains unknown; the Triangle name refers to a three-way cross whose components were never established. Triangle Kush is a separate Florida cultivar, and the shared word has caused enough confusion without giving them the same family tree. White Widow isn’t an established relative either. The White earned its name from the resin.
That quieter profile is part of its character. Earth, hash, and pine give it an understated flavor, with some selections expressing considerably more than others. Connoisseur Genetics’ selfed release carries a fuller hash-and-pine profile. The original cut’s reputation for restrained aroma shouldn’t become a promise of flavorless flower. There’s a difference between keeping your voice down and having nothing to say.
The breeding legacy is anything but quiet. Its offspring include White Fire OG, White Moonshine, and White 99, spreading that resin-rich reputation across very different families.
Local budtenders describe head and body effects arriving together: an uplifted, euphoric mood alongside substantial physical relaxation. Some sessions become sleepy; others leave room for a pleasantly unhurried conversation. The White’s low-volume nose doesn’t tell you how the session will land. Let the jar whisper. Pay attention when the flower speaks.
The White’s original selection circulates as a clone, with flowering around 60 days. Connoisseur Genetics also released feminized S1 seeds for indoor and outdoor cultivation, with an 8–10-week flowering window and high yield potential. Those seeds are selfed offspring of the original cut, so individual plants can vary.
Heavy trichome coverage is the defining trait, and the Connoisseur release’s resin production makes it a candidate for hash making. Actual extraction returns depend on the selection and process; looking frosty and filling the collection jar aren’t quite the same job.
