Mandarin Skunk

Mandarin Skunk comes with a little identity crisis baked into the name. At least two versions circulate under the Mandarin Skunk banner, and while both stay planted in citrus-and-skunk territory, their family trees split at Mandarin Sunset.

Origin 1: Some sources use Mandarin Skunk as another name for Ethos Genetics' Mandarin Sunset, an award-winning cross of Orange Skunk and Herojuana. This version can throw purple into the flower and comes loaded with pungent skunk and rich mandarin-orange character. Ethos describes Mandarin Sunset as carrying a heavy, sedative high, putting this version firmly on the more relaxing side of the hybrid spectrum.

Origin 2: Another Mandarin Skunk, associated with Curio Wellness, crosses Skunkberry with Mandarin Sunset. This version keeps the orange and skunk foundation but folds berry sweetness and creaminess into the mix. The flowers are resinous and aromatic, while reports from the smoke circle lean more energetic and cerebral, with euphoric, creative, and uplifted effects that can play better during the daytime.

Same name, different genetics, but neither version strays far from the basic assignment: pungent skunk wrapped around sweet citrus and a euphoric high. Where they split is the landing, with the Mandarin Sunset version leaning heavier and more relaxing while the Skunkberry cross tends to stay brighter and more energetic.
