As clean and organized as a medical facility, but has the friendly customer service of a family store. Huge selection, reasonable prices and a reward system that makes it worth it. If the drive isn't an issue, I would 100% recommend this dispensary, as I have to family and friends already. They carry almost everything you could ask for, and keep their menu updated practically every day.

Rise has a great selection on products as well as a phenomenal and educated team to staff the place. They provide a quiet and clean club with quick and efficient service. The location is great as well, a quiet corner next to a grocery store with a huge parking lot. You can grab your medicine and run next store for some Dinosaur Chicken Nuggets, literally what more could you ask for. 10/10

Gorgeous dispensary. Friendly check in and very knowledgeable budtenders. Every time I come in everyone is laughing and having a great time. Product is awesome. Tons to choose from. They have gotten a little busier and there was a bit of a wait, seems like the redhead spends a lot of time on her phone, but everyone is fast, friendly and willing to answer all your questions. I think I have a new favorite.

This business is done right. Super modern, clean & efficient. I highly recommend this place for any of your medical or recreational needs. As a industry work I admire that they take care of their employees. It’s welcoming seeing a chair to interact with your budtender & seeing happy employees. The staff is great, Jess is a sweet and knowledgeable patient consultant! Sierra upfront is helpful and welcoming. Ryan & Adrian are wonderful as well! Product selection is nice, affordable concentrates. Best in Sparks/Spanish Springs.

Still by far my favorite dispensary in Reno and Sparks. The bud tenders are extremely knowledgeable and take their time to explain their products very well, nothing worse than being told “I don’t know I just know it gets you really high”. I have actually been told this more than once at other dispensaries. You definitely get a very high-quality product every time at Rise.

Very friendly, staff that do a great job at everything in my opinion. Have been a customer since their Grand Opening. They’re extremely friendly and professional. The paint job looks great by the way. Very inviting. Product is superb. Only a couple miles from where I live, Love it all. Once you find what strain you like just access the menu and you can walk in and buy it if the process makes ya nervous at all. Anyways I’ve always been treated extremely nice by the staff and am satisfied with the product. The bongs are a little overpriced for me but that would be my only complaint... not by much.

The budtenders, management, and even security is EXCELLENT! They all are beyond fanastic and are extremely knowledgeable. I love Tyler and Sierra and they know it. I have known them b4 pandemic, during and now. But everytime there's a new employee it's just another new friend! Can't go wrong here. Just wanted to see if there’s a discount for seniors and/or veterans,I’m a 71yr old vet don’t know how I got this old but I did! Also wondering about the THC content of the flower? Some places don’t tell you that and you have to travel in to find out. Thank you😎
