I came here last weekend to check the place out. This is the only dispensary I haven’t been to because everyone and there mothers goes there. I thought I would check it out finally. The building itself is really nice, updated & clean. However, the staff from the moment I checked in as medical were all assholes. The girls up front were chit chatting, drinking their drinks while I waited to get some help. After finally getting some help and filling out my medical paperwork I head on in to the big bud room. I love that they have medical and recreational separated into 2 lines. The guy calls me up & says what’s up what can I help you with. I told him I’m here for some concentrates & would like to check them out. He hits me with, “there all on the tv” like okay.. cool but can I check them out to see the purity and color? He says “no we don’t have displays” the kid didn’t want to help me out it seemed. Until I tipped him at the end his whole attitude changed. Not a fan of the staff at all!

So I recently visited them about a month ago and left them a honest review. I was like hmm ok, they are finally dropping some new fresh flower. I’ll make the drive down from Reno to get me some new exotic smoke. In my mind I know I want the Cereal Milk & Gary Peyton. I check weedmaps and give them a call to see if it’s still available. They said yes! So I show up about 2-3hours later. I check weedmaps, says it’s still available on the menu, head inside. Then of coarse they hit you with “Ohhh I’m sorry, we just sold out about a hour ago” at this point I knew this was going to happen again & just walked out. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR FUCKING WEEDMAPS. IT TAKES LESS THEN 1 MINUTE TO MAKE IT NON-VISIBLE. NOT EVEN THE MANAGER CAN TAKE 1-3 MINUTES TO AID THE PROCESS. IS THERE NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAFF MEMBERS? “Hey Johnny, we ran out of cereal milk, can you take it off weedmaps?” All it fucking takes. Y’all blew it, I’ll stay going to Connected 👌🏽

This business is done right. Super modern, clean & efficient. I highly recommend this place for any of your medical or recreational needs. As a industry work I admire that they take care of their employees. It’s welcoming seeing a chair to interact with your budtender & seeing happy employees. The staff is great, Jess is a sweet and knowledgeable patient consultant! Sierra upfront is helpful and welcoming. Ryan & Adrian are wonderful as well! Product selection is nice, affordable concentrates. Best in Sparks/Spanish Springs.

I’m going to start off by saying the Recreational game is all messed up. The love for the cannabis has gone out the window. It’s all commercial weed that looks decent but smells like dry hay. I am a connoisseur when it comes to the weed game. I spent $360 for 6 1/8ths. I literally had to smell and inspect all the jars because all the weed smelt like crap. All the cookie brand strains are garbage. Cannatique had like two good strains, same with lemonade and synergy. Insane strains were hella small buds too. Yes I am very picky when it comes to the weed game. When it was medical only, all top shelf flower was worth getting. No price breaks either just $70 a 1/8th for some over hyped strains. The display jars they show you are so run down from how many times they have showed them to customers. I blame management for not changing out those displays regularly! I want to thank my bud-tender for being honest and patient with me! His service was amazing, the product wasn’t unfortunately.

First Time In Here (9/14) & The Process Was Quite Easy! Fast Process, They Had Some Slappers Playing Which Is Always A Good Vibe. Friendly Staff, Clean Facility & Even Better Product! I Love That The Prices Listed On The Online Menu Are Tax Inclusive. Just Wish There Was A Price Break On The Ounces Of The Private Stash. But You Get What You Pay For. Lemon Tree, Gushers, & Bacio Gelato Are All Gas! Well Def Be Back.
