I’ve been a customer of this dispensary since the day they opened as a matter fact I currently have 1100 points I always have points I like my flower HOWEVER!!! This evening I called and asked for a supervisor simply to get my order total since they’ve had some specials and I wanted to make clear before I showed up it was an online order. Excuse my language but whatever little Fing BTCH was the supervisor this evening is out of her SMALL mind she winds up telling me I’m 86ed From the store and every other dispensary what a lunatic Refused her name I’ve already talked to the other dispensary Before she threw her fit I will be speaking with a manager she would not give me her name gave me no reason for her explanation other than her BS I’m the supervisor well guess what when you won’t give someone your name it tells me you’re not the boss lady and this is about YOU overstepping your authority I’ve ever experienced this FINGBS I wasn’t even there I was calling from my house FOADB

Still by far my favorite dispensary in Reno and Sparks. The bud tenders are extremely knowledgeable and take their time to explain their products very well, nothing worse than being told “I don’t know I just know it gets you really high”. I have actually been told this more than once at other dispensaries. You definitely get a very high-quality product every time at Rise.
