What’s going on with your website?

InWhen in for my first time last Tuesday one week from today I came in the early morning mid afternoon everybody was really pleasant the store wasn’t that busy the woman who rang me up was extremely sweet she was very informative and help me make sure that I got what I needed. I swear I had to get out of there before she could sell me more things LOL but I will be back in the shop is great and right around the corner the person upfront with dark hair didn’t catch her name was a very sweet and the blonde woman who ring me up was so knowledgeable 10 out of 10!

On the weekend I visited this dispensary with doubts since I have been before at the Tropicana and Rainbow locations, where the attention has not only been bad but also terrible and racist. On this occasion I can say that the experience was totally different. Kind, attentive, helpful, something that I think makes the difference, I'm not sure it's the same company but I dare say that the other locations should learn a little from this one, David took care of me that day and today I came back for more, it was fun, nice Marla was in charge of making me feel welcome, applause for this location, customer service makes a big difference, I'll take this location, educated people that's important to me.

I went into a Essence Durango today October 20 around 11:00 AM it was a little busy but very efficient! Stacey was the woman who cashed me out she had blonde in purple hair I think but she was so nice she even went the extra mile to give me some information on how to get my medical card to save money in taxes! I appreciate good customer service I normally do not leave reviews but I felt Stacey as well as this establishment deserves five stars!

I’ve been here multiple times and I love that all of the staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone is always smiling and the energy is so uplifting. They always have good deals and every time I leave impressed👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Jacob helped me during my visit the other day and truly gave me the smoothest dispensary experience I’ve had in Vegas. He had a ton of knowledge on the products and could answer every question I had plus gave me great suggestions on products I had never tried before. He was very friendly and easy to talk to I’ll definitely be coming back here. Oh and extra bonus points for how strictly he was following safety protocols during our interaction, truly the cleanest dispensary experience.

I love this location because it’s the close to my house. I’ll be honest, but the staff Is great their. Know the terps, concentrates, and the flower! Good security also, and the DGF bud is fire ! You can’t beat those new prices for that quality and that’s 100%

First time coming here and I was thrilled with the price of the $45 1/4 but omg I have never gotten drier weed from a dispensary :(( literally bone dry I’ve never been so disappointed with going so where new :(

Ordered 300mg Fruitcake Disposable Vape & 300mg Afternoon Delight. When I opened the Afternoon Delight it was obviously defective leaking oil because it was half full. Yes! 2 for $35 and my husband's Vape Fruitcake is fine but mine is definitely 150mg at best. I come to this store frequently and this is the third problem. What can I do now? Update: While I chose not to return and complain (4th time) I was assured if this ever happens again to return with the receipt and they would replace the defective disposable Vape.

Over the last week essence has tried to overcharge me on my orders at 3 different dispensaries. Rainbow, Durango, and Tropicana all tried to overcharge my orders over a period of like a week. If I place a $15 order and it says the total is 17.76 online, they will ask for $29 when I get to the store. They do the same thing with other items too so it’s not like there is just confusion over one item I order because it has the same name as another product. That’s what they made it sound like the issue was when I said they were overcharging me the first time. It’s hard to believe that a dispensary would do this on purpose so I’m guessing there’s something wrong with their system. But they still should have done something about it when I brought it up the first 3 times. If they did that to me 5 times in a row I guarantee some people have been paying more than they should for their orders. They should do a sale next week to say sorry.

This the only Susie wary in Vegas I have heard of that doesn’t take medical patients. I literally waited in line to check in for about 10mins. Then after she gets my ID they decided to tell me they are only a recreational dispensary they don’t except medical patients. I’ve literally been to every dispensary in Las Vegas. This place is a real price gouge they choose not to except medical patients so they can tax everyone a full 20% tax instead of 10%.

Only giving one star because 0 wasn’t an option here. Went to the store and asked for a recommendation on a half oz. Staff there recommends a product to me but doesn’t tell me that it was shake (obviously I’m looking to buy flower). When I pay for it at the register, nobody mentions anything about it being shake. I don’t realize this until I get home and feel like I’ve just been scammed into buying something I don’t want. I called the store and spoke to the manager and she told me to come in and work something out. When I went in to the store, she told me the most they could do was a 20% discount which would leave me paying more than I could afford to spend on weed for the week. She then tried to gaslight me by telling me it’s my fault for not reading the weed description closely enough even though I was just buying a product that her staff member recommended. Ultimately, the staff gave me a bad recommendation, had me come back to the store but did nothing to fix it and then told me this was my fault. Overall just a horrible experience.

Greed destroyed essence. Rythm used to be $201 otd after tax everyday, but that got to popular, and they doubled the price of their house brand, rythm.

The pricing here is overpriced for quality of weed. Most flower here is extremely dry compared to other nearby shops such as Zen Leaf. The rewards program is $3 credit for every $100 spent so have to spend roughly 2k for a “free” eighth at that rate 😂. Lastly they are using the National coin shortage as a method to round up on pricing, for example if the total came to $34.58 they’ll make you pay $35, not that those cents make or break it’s more of an annoyance of an unethical business practice.

Very unprofessional. I order online for a in store pick up and did not receive the medicine I intended to purchase. Instead I was given the opposite strain. The bud tender failed to show my order to me to verify it was correct. when I called to inform them of the mistake then gentleman on the phone informed me that a manager would reach out to correct the situation. I have yet to hear from the manager after 5 days. I would recommend going somewhere else with better customer service.
