Wow so dry :(
First time coming here and I was thrilled with the price of the $45 1/4 but omg I have never gotten drier weed from a dispensary :(( literally bone dry I’ve never been so disappointed with going so where new :(

Both you guys and Curaleaf used to have the BEST deals in Vegas...but since the re opening of the dispensaries the prices have gone up to tourist rates and even your locals discount got taken down to 10%? That’s not even close enough to cover the tax on items /: the $60 half ounces turned to $80 which is still good but you guys are either all out for WEEKS or the weed is BONE DRY :( once again, I’m still a customer, but not as loyal as I once was. Wish you guys could live up to that again! You Guys are a locals dispensary! Don’t forget that.

Slacking on deals :(
LOVE you guys, come almost every day (: But lately I’ve been noticing that you haven’t been doing the usual $5 grams once in a while or even $25 eighths anymore either? :/ even the underground the last two weeks hasn’t had much. LOVE the $60 half ounces still, but when I need Lower quantities I don’t want to have to go somewhere else for deals :(

Seriously you guys have had it consistently and it’s a great deal! Great popcorn and large nug selections! :) Always gets me in and I end up buying more in the process! Best deal in vegas I’ve found!

HONESTLY Update your weed maps, don’t scam :/
Past two weeks you guys have had a $75 half ounce of northern lights on your Weedmaps page and The last TWO TIMES I have come in I’m told that you guys don’t have anything for 75. This is bad false advertising and it’s obvious you do it on purpose to get people to come into the shop. ): I have been a loyal customer for 2 years almost but you can’t advertise stuff you don’t have, it’s a scam

Budtenders never tell us our points!!!
Love you guys! But I hate that the budtenders or front desk person never fills you in on how many points you have :( you guys have a great rewards system so it would be great if I could utilize it!!!!! I also emailed you guys about this trying to find out my points and I got nothing back in a week. Hopefully you guys can improve on replying to emails too :/ you shouldn’t have to ask about points, you should be filled in unless there is an online app/site where you can check yourself

YOUR REWARDS SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING :(
I’ve been to the shop about 5 times since I started using the tablet to sign in to get “rewards points” or so it says . I’ve been at the same 50 points every time I checked in the last 4 times I’ve been there. How is it possible that I am gaining no points at all in 4 visits ???? I feel really cheated because I’ve always been a loyal customer! :(

We have had some crashes in the last few weeks with our DataOwl system that is connected to our points system. What happened to the deals :(
You guys are still my #1 place to come but what happened to all of the eighth and gram deals?! :( most deals you have now are buy an eighth get one for a penny or buy 2 and get one for a penny, but what about smaller sale deals?! The cheap grams and eighths are what draw people in to pick you over the many other places just down the streets guys!

Rude staff
Girl budtender with the really short brown hair was so rude! Didn’t even ask me how I was doing just waited for me to tell her what I wanted, no good evening or anything . Came here the day before and the girl with the orange hair was so sweet! Not sure what this girls problem was! Made me really uncomfortable. Also prices on weed are CRAZY when there are dispensaries down the street selling the same brands and product for much cheaper!

What happened to the deals :(
I love this place still don’t get me wrong, but you guys used to have the best deals on flower in town.....and since you moved locations the deals are so sub par it makes me wonder why I don’t try looking elsewhere. The $5 & $8 grams/$15 & $20 eighths were such a good deal and I’d always end up buying more than what i came in for...but these text deals lately have just been stuff they have every where else :/ don’t slack off guys this is what happens to every good place

Best shop and prices
Been coming to zen leaf since I moved to vegas last year and they never disappoint with the HIGH QUALITY bud they have, even the low shelf is ten times better than most of the other shops top shelf, and the prices are what keep you guys the best. Keep it up :)

Budtenders steal. Beware.
Twice I’ve come in and given them my money for a concentrate and then was given either no change or less change than I normally received back. This is a sad problem for you to be having. Maybe try hiring people who actually are competent enough to not cheat people out of their money, rather than just filling your shop up with ignorant, i knowledgeable “pretty” faces.

Service has gone down hill honestly
Been coming here since it opened for recreational customers, watched this places customer service get worse and worse. You guys can't even keep up stocking low shelf concentrates which is the only thing that makes it worth going to because nothing else is that unique from any other dispensary. What happened?

Restock concentrates
Great staff! Great prices when stocked. Please work on staying consistently stocked . rather than running out of low shelf wax and then ordering it, try ordering when you start running low . Please! Love you guys tho
