This the only Susie wary in Vegas I have heard of that doesn’t take medical patients. I literally waited in line to check in for about 10mins. Then after she gets my ID they decided to tell me they are only a recreational dispensary they don’t except medical patients. I’ve literally been to every dispensary in Las Vegas. This place is a real price gouge they choose not to except medical patients so they can tax everyone a full 20% tax instead of 10%.

I just moved to this side of town and I would have to say I hate customer service from black girl with fake wig at the front desk. She is not friendly. Not only that their curbside pick up is more like 20min wait outside before you even get it. On top of that there deals sucks I Seward you can get delivery at another dispensary and still spend less than in this place. Lastly they don’t do anything for their medical patients. No different line since we are medical and recreational lines are just ridiculous here. You guys need to do better most definitely my last time spending money at this place. You guys NEED to do something for your medical patients bottoms line. The guy that assisted me was very nice I believe his name was penna

This store totally bites now.... I was coming here for almost a year n half.... all of the staff that they use to have is gone since they went REC.... the lines for REC & are ridiculous.... the staff the helps the medical patients takes for ever like you will literally watch so many rec patients walk out before you get some help.... the medical basically choose who they want to help will literally continue stocking until some else’s helps you..... the reception desk don’t even let me get started no help what so ever they just try to drag into the store..... I tried ordering online but they don’t provide any background on the flower so they expect you to pay top dollar prices for low grade weed.... I really use to love this store I have no idea what happen but the whole store just sucks now even there choices in cultivation you would think if you were paying 100 for a 1/4 of flower it wouldn’t be so dry and practically turns into dust ..... needs old management back 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
