I have been coming to this dispensary for almost three years. They have been consistent through out. They always have fire tree, even their discount tree is great. They often have little hidden discounts if you ask your budtender. They are always having sales and even have a service that sends you coupons via text called Leaflet. Who doesn't love saving money? I am also a grower so I practically live in their genetic department. Their genetic staff is super knowledgeable and will take time to help you in any way you need. Even their security is polite. I also know they have a huge Compassion program. I never go anywhere else. If you looking for a world class dispensary you should check ether of their two locations out.

I Came to buy some clones here and the bud tender that attended me over charged me, witch I found out because i looked on weedmaps plus she didn't really know about the strains when I asked. Real bad service ain't coming back to a place trying to rip me off

I live near Yosemite in central California. I have been driving all over the state trying to get some strawberry banana clones. I went to kind people's collective in Santa Cruz about a week ago. The staff were so friendly and helpful that I decided not to go anywhere else for my clones. Joe Keif is the genetics manager, he helped me get what I wanted even though I'm not a local. If you are spending time and money chasing strain's like I was, do your self a favor and check out kind people's collective in Santa Cruz.

I've been to dozens of dispensaries around California over the last few years, and this place took the cake for my favorite! The atmosphere is fantastic, staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and seem to really care about patients. I came in for help with pain management after a car accident and they were so helpful! I will absolutely be returning here, highly recommend!

I went to see Scott today for an appointment that was made. I was new patient and was vending today. After I did my paperwork I walked over to the counter to look at their products and told I needed to have a seat and can't look at the products? WHAT? With all the clubs NEVER have I been so disrespected and Scott wouldn't take the time to even meet with me. I have a product that got me off a Morphine pump three years ago that I had for ten years and was bed ridden with chronic pain during that time. How can you help your patients if you can't even take two minutes of your time and I had an appointment. My products are all lab tested and I wasn't even asked a price. This your Grand Opening? To treat a patient and vendor the way I was treated today by Scott and the staff was mind blowing! I will let my contacts at Weedmaps know how I was treated today and Yelp as well. Please remove me as a patient, you will never see me or my product in your club!

Good quality with any buy staff are straight up with you on all questions asked but prices is the downer sad to say about this medical center

Rude unintelligent staff. Bugs on clones. Got a free gram for being first timer but I weighed it out at home and it was .6 grams. Waste of time and way over priced, how they have a following is beyond me. Clone they gave me was covered in aphids, and the bud tender replaced my DHN clone with an off brand clone behind my back because he said he was saving it for a customer who called over the phone, even though I called and tried to hold it and they said no. He still told me it was DHN clone but receipt said it was a midnight farms. Place is a joke

Good bud but over priced. I forgot my 2nd visit discount card that they give to EVERYONE on my second visit and was told I couldn't get the discount even though they verified it was my second visit. Next time I come in with a digital photo of my id and am turned down at the door after driving an hour from San Jose, and despite being in about a week before with my Id and rec to put in the system again. Most of the staff is nice and the receptionists usually just type in your name but this is a real deal breaker. The larger these dispensarys get the less they care about the patient
