The bud tenders seem to be getting worse everytime I go...but lastnight was the worse.. But from the emotionless, cold uninviting, and really just flat out rude bedtender I got gave me the worse service I ever got. Telling me I have no account and acting like I'm lieing when I assure him I've been here multiple times I'm sure as u scroll through the reviews you'll see my first comment and continued support on this place staring 2017 my All stared with his bad customer service skills and terrible additude like I was bothering him. Got worse by me asking many reward points I have . Well it ends with me paying for the two things I bought for like 53$. He started new account so after looking around for management or anyone really becides this guy. To my surprise just about most of the staff where more worried where the party was or/an finding where to party lastnight. I left and collected my self in my car and spent 3x that much at there neighboring dispensary five mins later. And I'm only highlight the very tip of my experience. As of now I won't come back and I will let my friends and family to avoid this place. Management is welcome to contact me to hear the rest.

I just called to see if their prices reflect the tax and they don’t .... but what they are charging for their buds you can get it cheaper (even the Shango brand is cheaper) just down the street... thought it would be cheaper from the Sourse but I’m wrong... i was going to go here but now I’m not.... I won’t pay for the same bud.... just a mile away u can get there buds for cheaper.... Shango need to really rethink how they price their buds and how everyone else prices them... makes u guys look money hungry...

It's funny how people complain.... seeds are going to happen when u want an inexpensive flower... if maybe u spent more you wouldn't have that problem. But that's the risk u take when u buy a less expensive flower. Been going here since they opened. Always the best prices and best selection. The staff and owner are A+. They shouldn't change a thing.

I like coming here but it took extremely long last time I went in to get my meds.... Put new patients in front of returning patients.. even when they have not completed the paperwork.... so by the time they are done they get called back.... and I have been waiting the hole time while they where completing the paperwork....

They have a ladies day. If your a women you get 20% off. But they don't have a men's day... seems unequal. They get 20% meds just because of there gender? So I have to pay more because I'm a man... If that's how they want to run this place then I will be takin my business somewhere else... I come here a lot... but not anymore...

Went there for the first time. The staff and product was great ... prices not so great .... but like it there... they gave me a free hat cuz the CEO was there and told them to hook me up

From the non child prof bag u have to pay for (which looks like a wine bag) to the rude staff. There is a lot of staff and yet I had to wait a very long time... and I was the only Person in there!!! They way the whole dispensary is run doesn't work.... My bud tender was rude and unhelpful.... i won't come back and I'll will let all my friends know how terrible this place is.
