Cmon now Greenleaf, stop ripping people off! Bad enough it takes a whole day to get a delivery, but it’s ripping customers off when you send the delivery driver with NO CHANGE without specifying to the customer to have EXACT CHANGE! The driver came to my house with NO CHANGE and also stated that the $5 extra dollars I had to pay because he didn’t have change is essentially an additional delivery fee. Stop taking advantage of customers and either state on your website to have EXACT CHANGE for deliveries or have the delivery drivers have at LEAST $20 in small bills for change. That should be common sense

Mynt has the WORST delivery service EVER!!! Not only is their website pathetically unequipped to place items in the shopping cart for delivery, they direct you to a call line which has you on hold for an hour only to hang up on you once you are caller number one. This company has falsely advertised an "easy and simple" way for customers to order online AND for same day delivery, but NONE of that is what they are delivering. You guys need to be ashamed of yourselves for advertising a complete sham of a delivery service!! Don't even try to order from Mynt online because IT ISN'T EVEN POSSIBLE TO GET THRU TO ANYONE

Greenleaf Wellnes has the best prices in town, especially since they are the only dispensary that has daily specials. But their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was waiting outside early in the morning on line for the daily specials only to have some dude come in after me and buy the last 8th while I was getting cash from the ATM. Instead of hearing out my concerns about them not enforcing the line when they know they have limited product at the daily special prices, the budtender sits there trying to tell me that I should have placed my order before I went to the ATM. What's the use of waiting in line for an hour only to have the person who was after you in line slide in behind you and purchase the last 8th that you had been standing in line all morning to get. Maybe they need to school their budtenders on that age old saying "Customer is always right" instead of arguing back and forth trying to tell the customer how wrong they are
