I don’t get the hype at all. Delivery took almost 1 hour and 40 minutes, and the carts + pre-rolls were packaged back in May 2025… it’s 2026 now. That alone says a lot. I see why everything’s cheap it’s old and feels fake. On top of that, the carts burn my throat like crazy. Harsh, bunk, and clearly cut corners just to make a buck. Now I get why they’re always half off. I’m sticking to real quality from now on — not this fake cart nonsense.

This was my first time ordering online from Norcal Medicine Man and it couldn't have gone more smoothly! After I placed my order, I called just to check on delivery time (30-60 minutes on order confirmation). The lady I spoke to was extremely friendly, helpful and confirmed that it could be up to an hour before delivery. 10 minutes later, the driver called to say he had the order and would call back when he arrived. 15 minutes later he was there! Incredibly fast delivery and very good customer service. Oh and they had a promo with 30% off and free delivery. I'm very happy and will be ordering from them again.

I just had my phone number and Apple ID stolen and deleted, the dispensary dispatch & most of all, the delivery driver, worked patiently with me on a day where nothing was going right. My delivery had to be rescheduled the next for driver vehical issues. No problem, it happens. They offered a free 14g bag for the trouble (they offered, I didnt ask for it). Today I call in the Am to check that I am on the delivery schedule and the contents of my order. the free 1/2 0z wasnt listed so I reminded the person about it and she told me they had no record of that (I have the screenshot from them texting me yesterday and the offer) and treated me like I was trying to scam them or something. I was super chill but she was just rude. I have been ordering from them exclusively about every 2 weeks or so for months but it may be time to look into another service. Its NOT the half ounce, its the way I was spoken to that has put me off NCMM. Its like I was offered something to not cancle the delivery and then the next day was told to get bent. These places frequently start out good and then go down hill because they stop caring.

Must present valid government issued ID at point of entry. Acceptable forms include any Identification Card or Driver's License issued from any of the US States or a Passport Book. Unacceptable forms include a US Passport CARD, Green Card or an Employment Authorization Card.

-Concentrates: 8g (8,000mg) in total weight per customer per day. 1g (1,000mg) per package limit for recreational and 2g (2,000) per package limit for medical.

-Edibles: 8,000mg total per customer per day calculated by the total THC content. 100mg of THC per package.
