They called me and said 6 of the pre-rolls were out of stock and no replacements. When the driver rolled up they charged me for them anyway. Didn’t lower my amount owed. Won’t order again.

My delivery had to be rescheduled the next for driver vehical issues. No problem, it happens. They offered a free 14g bag for the trouble (they offered, I didnt ask for it). Today I call in the Am to check that I am on the delivery schedule and the contents of my order. the free 1/2 0z wasnt listed so I reminded the person about it and she told me they had no record of that (I have the screenshot from them texting me yesterday and the offer) and treated me like I was trying to scam them or something. I was super chill but she was just rude. I have been ordering from them exclusively about every 2 weeks or so for months but it may be time to look into another service. Its NOT the half ounce, its the way I was spoken to that has put me off NCMM. Its like I was offered something to not cancle the delivery and then the next day was told to get bent. These places frequently start out good and then go down hill because they stop caring.
