Great flower and I liked this spot til tonight… I went to grab a few pre-rolls and as I was trying to read the flavors, the bud tender who was helping me told me that I was not allowed to touch any of the products which threw me off because I’ve been coming here for a while and I’ve never had a problem picking up the pre-rolls to look at what was available. I asked her when we got to the counter if that was a new rule that nobody can touch the product and she told me that she is the inventory manager and that people keep stealing stuff. She was right in front of me, 12 inches away from me as I’m picking up the product so there was no way for me to steal it without her seeing it. She basically accused me of getting ready to steal something which was incredible considering I had money and I’ve never been accused of stealing before… I hated it and I won’t be back because of it and that sucks because they do have good pre-rolls.

Bait and switch…. The premium indoor flower branded “IL Select” is not premium, indoor flower, it’s greenhouse. I hate being lied too and won’t be back or buy their products when I see it in other locations.

Really nice bud tender, really nice front security person, decent location and decent prices. I know that they read their reviews so this is just me telling them and people who read this something about 1 of the products they carry that is definitely either mislabeled by the the manufacturer or distributor. I don’t hold this store responsible for the quality of a product that claims to be premium indoor Flower, they would be like blaming a liquor store cause Budweiser sucks. The product that they carry IL premium flower that is distributed by Ilyfted is NOT indoor flower unless you consider greenhouse to be indoor Flower. This is definitely not indoor premium flower. I bought two of it so I can’t bring it back even though one of them is not open because you just can’t bring Flower back to the stores, but I hated being baited and switched.. but again, I can’t blame the store, particularly but I wish they would double check their products and the owner would know this isn’t as advertised

Good selection, honest bystanders, good prices. First discount was good and I recommend checking these guys out if you’re in the area.

I go to multiple stores every week depending on what area I’m in at the moment. Strain has a great selection, nice enough people but the wait was long and then the prices were the most expensive I’ve seen in the Valley. There are a half a dozen shops within 3 miles of this place that are 30 to 40% cheaper for the same products. They tried to sell me two joints for $35 plus tax, not infused, but just normal indoor pre-rolls that cost $35 for 2 joints and with tax came out to $49…. I can’t believe he even tried to justify those prices to me and then on top of that he said I don’t get the 15% discount because I’m already getting a discount for an 1/8 for a dollar. The discount for the eighth was buy a two pack and get the eighth for a dollar but I assume the two pack was $35 with tax not before tax. I will never come back to this place at these prices. The place was packed, so apparently their customers are very rich and don’t mind paying exorbitant prices for their weed.

Best prices in town for indoor non-infused pre-rolls. $7 each or 6 for $30 and they each weigh a gram… they don’t seem to use shake and the joints taste great.

$14 pre-rolls for indoor not infused, which might be the most expensive non-infused pre-roll joint I’ve ever seen I can get the same ones for $10 in a different location including tax.

The staff here is super nice and it’s located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The Flower is priced well and good indoor house brand.

They have a friendly staff and a good atmosphere. The prices are not horrible and their house brand flower is worth purchasing since it’s indoor and priced decently

The pre-rolls are consistently done well and you can’t beat the prices at seven dollars for a 1 g pre-roll or five for 30 bucks and it’s indoor flower and very tasty. The smalls are priced well and worth it on the deal. I would say the only problem with this place is that they’re trying to sell all those overpriced clothes in the store thinking they are like the supreme brand or something, lol…

I asked the young lady three times for indoor non-infused pre-rolls and then she recommended a brand called quiet Kings and then I asked her two more times before I purchased it to confirm that it was indoor non-infused and she said yes. She sold me on five joints And all of them are greenhouse and that brand doesn’t sell anything except greenhouse. She either hasn’t been trained properly, was dishonest, or just didn’t care.. the only reason I gave them two stars is because they actually did have a large selection, but I don’t know if any of it was good because that’s what she recommend

I saw a billboard and decided to stop by and see what they had available in pre-rolls. Check in was simple, walked into shop and guy asked me what I was looking for and I said pre-rolls and he pointed them out on a shelf. He went back to talking with his other 4 coworkers while I fumbled with a few products trying to figure out what was indoor and what was outdoor. I would have loved some help picking it out since I wasn’t too familiar with all their products but nobody seemed inclined to come over and help me out. I expected somebody to try and sell me on the house brand or help me out in some way but they left me there looking at it. I just grabbed anything and booked it out of there.

I went into this place at 4 PM on a Saturday afternoon and there was a security guard and one young lady working the counter with about four people in front of me and what look like was going to be about a 10 minute wait, I decided to leave. I will try them again someday. three stars is for the lack of employees…. I have no patience to stand around waiting for others to make their mind after asking questions🤷‍♂️

First time here, Security guard couldn’t even bother to get off his phone to check me in and I couldn’t figure out if he was speaking to me or to the person on his Bluetooth I figured out pretty quickly that it was the Bluetooth and not me. They don’t carry any indoor pre rolls except for West Coast cure and they don’t carry sativa and only hybrid and indica: all the other pre-rolls are greenhouse and infused 🤷‍♂️…. Little expensive too at around 50% premium over what I’m used to paying for pre rolls but I guess this is West Hollywood and they are catering to a richer crowd than me, 😂 bed tender was nice but only 1 on staff so your waiting if there is people in front of you.

I would’ve gave them zero stars to be honest with you. I don’t understand this franchise because they only carry the house pre-rolls and Jeter‘s pre-rolls, no other brands. Even the guy admits that their house joints have shake and trim in them when I called it out because I tried the other locations house Pre rolls and I’m not a big fan of infused joints. They have a wide selection of loose flower but really try to push thier house brands cause that’s where they make their money… maybe someday they’ll respond to this review and tell me that they’re carrying more than their pre-roast brand. Edit: I tried these guys again today and was just as disappointed with their selection of pre rolls: the bud tender was pushy and didn’t really want me there since it was close to thier closing time and rushed me on my purchase and kept trying to tell me what my dosage should be (5mg) even though I’m twice her age and have been consuming since she was in diapers and told her I usually take 30mg but she said that I should only be taking what the package directs me to take…
