Gave my father-in-law and I bad vibes!
We can get and we basically got “10% Each” and it’s funny they have a ADVERTISEMENT ON A BILLBOARD saying they offer a for new patients and it DEFINITELY WAS BETTER THAN THE 10% off they offered my father-in-law and I. Overall it was an embarrassing experience, I felt that we would find a good deal and I was wrong we ended just getting overcharged for something we could’ve gotten cheaper from another delivery service or a storefront. Honestly I’ve only been here one other time with my wife and had a WAYYYYY better experience that I felt I would be able to have a good experience with my father-in-law but I was DEAD WRONG, IDK if they’ve went through some changes in staff/ ownership or management but they definitely have lost my business. I’d rather got to Berkeley patients group or just use eaze delivery which is WAY cheaper than this over priced storefront that “hooks” you up by overcharging for meds.

ATM ERROR/DIDNT DISPENSE MONEY! SHADY MANAGEMENT
I’ve been a patient since 09 and been using Weedmaps for LONG TIME you can see my 1st review dating back to 2011 so I’ve been AROUND & this place has A great staff & location but MANAGEMENT has NO CLUE what they are doing!!! I wanted to give them a shot since they are fairly new & so I did. Everything was great until it was time to pay. So they have an atm on site & at the time I was visiting they happened to be doing some renovations to the place which is fine BUT ONE THING, APPARENTLY THE INTERNET WAS DOWN! It would have been nice to know PRIOR to using the atm that my atm transaction MAY NOT WORK, & so that was the case I GOT AN ERROR CODE the atm said it had a communication error so I told the budtender & (im guessing the owner) & read off what the atm said. So I ended up not getting anything & planned to return later that day with cash. So I checked my bank account see if and the transaction WENT THROUGH! Long story short management mishandled my situation & said call your bank!

Management did in fact advised you to call your bank but only after informing you that normally when an ATM is down and money was not dispensed, your bank will have to reconcile at the end of the night (usually around midnight). Once reconciliation is done, you should see that transaction reversing and the amount credited back into your account. If the amount is not reversed and credited back into your account, the last resort would be for you to dispute that charge with your bank. As we also stated this is a 3rd party ATM, there is no way for us to research or open it to verify that money was not dispensed. Management on duty tried their best to resolve your issue. They contacted the ATM company and was told the same thing. We apologized that this incident occurred and we hope to see you again in the future. Review after 1st visit (& after trying meds)
I recently went to STIIIZY for my first time & purchased a 1/4 of STIIIZY cake which wasn’t bad but to be honest it seemed to be dried out or old and so I decided to give them a second shot and I was helped by Shauna who pointed me out to NUG - Dakota Equity x 24k 1/8 she said she would hook me up (which she did by giving me a price break of about $5) so I go ahead and go with her choice. I left confident that maybe this time I may like what has been recommended but upon inspection of the jar this batch is from 2018-10-11! idk about you but that DEFINITELY ISNT FRESH BUD & should have been rotated out of the stock by now I opened the jar and the buds are dry smh I’ll stick with eaze , green cross , and dr. Green thumb PLEASE sorry but not sorry STIIIZY but a YEAR OLD WEED FOR SALE!?!? Maybe I’ll try coming in a few months and see how they improve but I till then....

I might have found my new favorite delivery!!!
These people understand quality and are very fair with pricing they are convenient (since they offer debit/credit for a small $3 fee) and all the tax is included in pricing! They offer a wide range of meds in any budget range (I got old pal sour diesel 8ths for $18🔥🔥!!!) and concentrates (I got the 3 half gram shatters for $44🔥🔥!!!) I just put some of that on top of my bowl with the sour diesel and I’m 😎🍔🤣😴

Very close to home so it’s convenient enough that I can either walk or if I’m lazy take an uber! They have a wide selection of meds whether you have a budget or are looking to spoil yourself they got what you need and their quality is TOP NOTCH! I got a quarter of the white fire og and I must say this is one of the BEST batches I’ve had IN A WHILE although they are fairly new they obviously know what they are doing!!! So make your way and don’t hesitate to give them a shot, you’ll leave with a smile and you’ll thank yourself that you did!

Forgot my ftp but good overall
great customer service and the budtender chris was helpful as well as patient the only thing is despite spending more than the min. donation he forgot my ftp half gram of flower which sucks because everything went perfect until i opened my stapled bag of meds only to find exactly what i paid for :(

Ruben has given us the best customer service is san jose as far as im concerned. We were on a budget and came out with more than enough meds and we met the budget! (we actually came up lower than our initial budget!) I must say this place is a GEM in san jose if you want GREAT QUALITY MEDS and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE you need to pay Ruben and the rest of the staff at N.H.P.R. a visit!

BLEW ME AWAY!
Coming from San Francisco and knowing where some of the best meds at all the different clubs are there. Then after moving to san jose and having to do the "club hopping" to see where are the best places to get meds and which are the most potent here is REALLY challenging especially since there are WAY MORE clubs here then in San Francisco . I must say that N.H.P.R. mos def! has QUALITY meds! Having been a patient for about 6 years ive developed a high tolerance and its takes alot for me to get medicated and having just signed up for N.H.P.R. i tired the "Spicy Disco" and this S*** blew my mind! THIS IS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR! no offense to the other clubs in sj but for me this has been the most medicated ive been IN A WHILE! Having just finished with JUST 1 BOWL im blown away THANK YOU N.H.P.R YOU GUYS ARE LEGIT! FOR ALL YOU OTHER PATIENTS OUT THERE WHO ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD QUALITY MEDS AT FAIR PRICES N.H.P.R is for you and you should go pay them a visit ASAP!
